Sherif was so helpful. The company I work for needed a colored printer and he helped expedite the process. He went above and beyond. We were able to get the printer and have it set up by his team. Juan and Darrell were very diligent installing the printer. Amazing service overall!

We just renewed our lease with a new machine. Sherif was here the entire time. His team trained us and made sure we understood how to use the new machine. This is my second lease with Image IV and they have been great both times. My contact there, Sherif Helmy, has been more than helpful in getting me what I need at a cost that I can afford. Even when I need tech support he is always available and will personally get back to me with someone that can solve my problems immediately. He has always been a great help. Always appreciate the staff and support they provide.

Seamless scan to email to email addresses with different domain names was critical to the installation. Image IV's technician stayed with the project, and continued to work with our tech consultant until everything worked.

Our company has been using Image IV for over 15 years through many leases on our photocopy machines. The main reasons we stay with them is we know they have great response time on repairs and when renewing leases they always make sure we get the machines that will work best for our business, not the ones that will make them the most money. We just renewed two leases with them on two new machines. Sherif was very patient, knowledgeable and made sure everything went as planned including delivery, set-up, taking old machines, training on new machines.

They are a 3rd party copier support company for us and maybe thats why they are not so great. They are slow to respond and will never come on Friday to avoid traffic.
