Worked with Icar thru the years and had just leased an new BMW m340i. A very quick process of obtaining a car. Tell them the car you want, provide the required documents and payment. You get yourself a car you wanted. SAM is professional, knowledgeable and helpful in every step of the way. Total duration lasted only like 30 minutes. They made my car shopping experience fast that has best deals and value.

The best car buying experience ever! Such an attentive stuff really took their time to understand my needs and find the best car for me. The whole process was very easy and effortless. Arbi was my agent and he made sure to always be available for every question I had. He came as very knowledgeable and professional. This was my first time of buying the car through broker service and i was so surprised how easy and pleasant it was. I did go to CarMax before and they couldn't buy my leased car but these guys actually took it as trade it. So satisfied with the service and definitely recommend

I was helping my mom shop around for her dream car (RX 350L) and we found one at icar. Ana and her team helped us from beginning to end. She sent me walk around videos/photos to make sure we were comfortable and disclosed all if any of the imperfections.. which was nothing more than normal wear and tear on a used vehicle. We had ended up financing the vehicle with our own credit union. This was an out-of-state purchase so things did get a little confusing but Ana answered all our questions and worked with our CU to make everything as smooth as possible. Ana even called around to get me shipping quotes. The RX was shipped via a transport co and delivered within a week. She made the whole process simple. No sales pressure, No added on bs after market options, or mind games. The RX was in great condition. My mom is in love with it. Definitely will be buying our future cars from icar. Thank you Ana!
