“This was our first stay at the Coast Annabelle Hotel, located off West Olive Avenue in Burbank, during our two-night stay in May. This cozy establishment is within quick driving distance of Hollywood, Griffith Observatory, movie studios, theme parks, and other points of interest. Upon arrival, the building on the outside looked nice and quaint, with a bar and restaurant on-site. The entrance and lobby were exceptionally clean. My partner and I were greeted by the staff at the front desk. Our room facing the parking lot on the 2nd floor was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The large shower was really great, with a rainwater feature and a regular shower head as well. However, the way this hotel is set up, the hallways are open. So one walks out of your room and can look out at the reception area and other rooms. So noise travels fast and hard. They do offer a free shuttle bus to Universal Studios as well as Burbank Airport, but they recommend booking early. All the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. This hotel provided us with what we needed, and I can recommend it.”
“Rooms: Rooms are spacious and well appointed with very comfortable beds
Walkability: Good walkabilty with a few outside restaurants nearby, a Vons grocery store across the street, and coffee shops.
Food and drinks: Great bar area with a food menu. Continental breakfast daily with pastries, bagels, yogurt, cliff bars.”
“I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Safari Inn Hotel in Burbank, CA, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel's retro charm and vibrant decor immediately set a welcoming tone, making me feel like I'd stepped into a classic Hollywood movie. The rooms were impeccably clean, a little small for a family of 4, and well-appointed, providing all the modern amenities while retaining a unique vintage flair. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooftop heated pool offered stunning views of the city, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Its convenient location, just minutes away from major studios and attractions, made it an ideal base for exploring Burbank. Overall, the Safari Inn exceeded my expectations, combining comfort, style, and excellent service in a delightful package. The Safari Inn Hotel in Burbank, CA, offers a delightful array of amenities and services that enhance the overall experience. Here are some of the standout features:- **Rooftop Pool**: The hotel boasts a beautiful rooftop pool with stunning views of the surrounding cityscape. It's the perfect spot for a refreshing swim or to unwind on the sun deck with a good book.- **Fitness Center**: For those who like to stay active, the hotel has a well-equipped fitness center. It includes a variety of exercise machines and free weights, catering to a range of workout preferences.- **Pet-Friendly**: The Safari Inn is pet-friendly, making it a great choice for travelers who want to bring their furry friends along. They provide pet amenities to ensure your pet's comfort during the stay.- **Free Wi-Fi**: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, making it easy to stay connected, whether you're catching up on work or streaming your favorite shows.- **Parking**: The hotel offers free on-site parking, which is a huge plus in the Los Angeles area where parking can often be challenging and expensive. What’s challenging is some of the parking you gotta make awkward choices of how you’re gonna park.- **Shuttle Service**: A convenient shuttle service is available for guests, providing transportation to nearby attractions, including Universal Studios Hollywood and Warner Bros. Studios. The best part it’s included with your stay. Make reservations, ahead of time to secure your spot on the shuttle. Holds around 9 people. Time slots from 6am - 9:30pm the latest daily. Also, don’t forget to tip the driver. On my stay only one other person tip the driver. Cheap azzes, those trips cost around $50 -$70 both ways. An I saved $35 for parking at Universal Studios on both Saturday and Sunday. So be generous and tip the driver.- **24-Hour Front Desk**: The front desk is staffed 24/7, ensuring that assistance is always available. The staff are knowledgeable and can help with everything from check-in/out processes to local recommendations.- **Laundry Services**: For guests staying longer or who need some laundry done, the hotel offers laundry and dry-cleaning services, which is very convenient.- **Meeting Rooms**: Business travelers will appreciate the on-site meeting rooms, which are equipped with audio-visual equipment and can be arranged to suit various types of gatherings and events.- **Room Amenities**: The rooms themselves are well-appointed with comfortable beds, flat-screen TVs, mini-fridges, coffee makers, and almost spacious bathrooms. With 4 people it felt small. Just my family looks at it like we ate staying in are hotel room all day. We only use the rooms to have a roof over are heads. Some rooms even come with kitchenettes, ideal for longer stays. Just would be nice if there was a small closet. With these thoughtful amenities and services, the Safari Inn ensures a comfortable and enjoyable stay, whether you're in Burbank for business or leisure.Nearby activities: Universal Studios, Warner Bros. Studios, malls, AMC theater and a whole exciting little city to look atSafety: The whole areas lit up around the parking lot and around the place. Also”

321 S Ikea Way, Burbank“Rooms are a bit smaller. Then you would expect you would expect two room suite. Did not get a chance to try out the pool. It was under maintenance. Staff is very friendly. This very helpfulwith us. Great location tons of restaurants, grocery stores around the location and it's right next to the large Ikea.
Rooms: While the suits are a little bit smaller than what we are used to getting, it is a good decent size. Suit has a full kitchen with a full oven, unlike other chains that have gone to just a induction stove top. The induction stove requires special pans, I was able to use my nonstick pan at this location. The guest room, which would normally have a queen or 2 queens at other locations, only had one bed that was slightly smaller than a queen. The master was a king.”

549 S San Fernando Blvd, Burbank“We used this hotel as our wedding block hotel. The location was perfect for our guests, extremely walkable to restaurants and near to great activities for those visiting LA for the first time. It's a very short drive to Griffith Park, Universal Studios and other LA highlights. There is a bus just outside that is also helpful.
The hotel itself has very nice amenities; everyone enjoyed the breakfast, the pool area is fantastic (huge deck with tons of lounging and hanging out space, and even had gas grills). The rooms were nice, although they could have been a bit cleaner and the bedding wasn't the nicest but still totally fine. Springhill Suites rooms are generous with tons of room and worked well for the larger families.
Where it was really great was the staff. We worked with Sloane and Kayra leading up and they went above and beyond both before and during our stay. They helped manage our complicated booking and families. Sloane was there during the weekend, answering questions and helping get additional information to all of our guests. The rest of the staff was kind and helpful the entire weekend even when it seemed like our families had taken the place over. The staff here is really great and they really worked to ensure that everyone staying there had a good weekend.
Safety: Very safe part of Burbank. Everyone felt comfortable walking outside at all times of day.
Walkability: Super walkable to restaurants in Burbank.”

3910 W Riverside Dr, Burbank“Rooms are spacious and modern but services like morning breakfast is seriously lacking in staff, accommodation and cleaniness. Breakfast area is less than spacious, breakfast buffet was a mess including only 2 trash bins that was more than full, and they keep the door locked from the outside. Hotel staff was less than accommodating to invited guests from hotel guests due to unknown or unspecified reasons other than threats to call security/ police.”
“The Burbank Inn & Suites is mom and pop owned and what I consider a steady performer. After being delayed by traffic and arriving 1:30am at Extended Stay America, I was shocked to find out they had cancelled my reservation and they were unable to rebook my reservation due to their “system” not allowing them to. I called all the neighboring big branch hotels and all were either sold out or 300+ dollars. The Burbank Inn & Suites was my savior last night as they were able to take us in without price gouge. The room and the sheets were clean and I felt comfortable staying in the room. Thank you again!!Rooms: Rooms were clean.”
“The place was great. We got a free ride from the Burbank airport and didn't have to wait for it very long. Peter checked us into the hotel and was very accommodating. We got there before it was time to check in, but they took our bags so we could go to universal for the day. The room was nice and clean. Not sure why this place had a lower rating. we wondered if the location was a safe area and the receptionist assured us that it was a good area.Rooms: Our room was nice and clean. Not carpet but a wood floor”
“Hotel could use an update, but beds were comfortable, AC was cool, & shower was warm. Didn't spend a lot of time in my room but had a good selection of free ondemand movies for the time I was there.
