Hotel Amarano Burbank-Hollywood is a fabulous and perfect little boutique hotel, described as a hidden gem. The vibe is like a private member club with savvy, non-corporate art direction. Rooms are spacious, well appointed, clean, comfortable, and look brand new, with very comfortable beds. The delightful pool area is a great place to hang. The lovely bar and restaurant area is wonderful, offering a food menu and good drinks, though noted for pedestrian rather than craft cocktails. The truffle fries are highly recommended. A continental breakfast is provided daily. The staff is consistently wonderful, friendly, personable, sweet, helpful, pleasant, and accommodating, making guests feel welcome. The hotel has good walkability, nestled in a neighborhood near everything with several outside restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store nearby. Nearby activities include shopping and Universal Studios, just a short drive away. Valet parking only is offered with a daily fee that also covers Wi-Fi. Guests express they would definitely stay again, with many calling it their favorite place to stay in the valley.
Lovely hotel! Very clean and friendly staff. Except for one unfriendly waitress in the evening. The breakfast that’s included is a bit of a joke, it’s older fruit pieces, 1/4 cup of yogurt and a pastry. The beds are beautiful but the mattress is very uncomfortable, extremely firm.

Was at the Hotel Amarano for work for two nights and was so pleased with my stay. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The bed very comfortable and the staff (especially Wendy at the front desk who was so kind!) gave such excellent service.

Everyone was very friendly, and helpful. Didn't make you feel like you were a bother to them.
