LDW added without my consent. Refused to remove it when I realized. Slow and inefficient pickup. Will never use again!

Nobody answers the phones ,at here or other locations ….my rental process has always been smooth tho with hertz tho…this my fourth car in two years and fortunately haven’t had problems booking, but they don’t Answer the phones ever
