This review is solely based off the customer service that Dylan and Andrew provided during my experience. I can't thank both of these guys enough. I was in and out of there less than 25 minutes at most the process was super transparent. They both gave me answers to all of my questions rather than giving me a business card to call corporate or customer service. we did a full walk-through around the vehicle. They explained all the gadgets all the bells and whistles. It was a great experience. I definitely would recommend it. The car was also very clean as well.

My car got totaled over a month ago by another driver. His insurance State Farm was gonna cover the rental cost I was told. However, I was NOT told I would have to pay outta pocket the insurance. The guy didn’t tell me that and I was charged $575.00 after being told it would only be a $50.00 deposit. I hate the fact I wasn’t at all at fault on my totaled car, but yet I lost money. Never coming back again. They should help people and not sell and scam like they do!!! Zero stars.

So guy working at this location was great and helpful. But hertz over all was bad. I had a reservation at the dtla location. When I get there there is a lot of people complaining. The reason why is that the location had no cars. So I went to the next nearest hertz cuz website said they had a car and when I showed up nothing. So called called a couple locations and burbank was only one that had cars. Upon showing up they only had electric cars or suv. For a price higher than what I was going to pay. But since I needed a rental asap I took it. Worse thing ever. Finding charging spots and waiting an hour to charge was horrible.

Plane was sitting on the runway, into gate late, but no matter. On the way there running, 2 people were walking back saying they dont have any cars, they also had a reservation. I ran anyway with my luggage, arrived 10:31, they close at 10:30. The desk was dark and empty. Next door company said try first floor, well I think they were just trying to get rid of me. Downstairs it was all dark. I managed to see the women closing up the little kiosk and getting into her car. I was told there were no cars. How is this possible? Just stranding people. The workers knew it, they ran for the hills early so they wouldnt have to face customers with bookings for non existing cars. Beware. Should have flown to LAX, they are open 24 hours, at least there may have still been a chance. The fact that it is a holiday weekend is no excuse for selling stuff you dont have and leaving people stranded in an unknown city in the middle of the night. I would have never chose to come here and I never will again.

I had a very good experience with this Hertz location. I wanted to return the car at the Burbank airport but this was not possible with the model I was planning to rent. So the manager allowed me to rent a more expensive model at the same rate, and I was in fact able to return that second one at the airport.

I have never rented a car from Hertz. I have been charged twice on my credit card for cars I never rented. I have tried repeatedly to contact Hertz and all I get are automated services that do not allow me to talk to a person to get help.

Good experience w staff but very low standards.. literally found dirty underwear and an empty cigarette box. Pretty disgusting and sad they can’t take 5 minutes to check a car before giving it to a customer.

I was conviently referred to Hertz by Future Auto Services across the street who I trust ***** completely. Upon entering what appears to be a tiny house, you're in a modest office. Your greeted by Dylan and two other staff members. It was 9am, they had no Gas vehicles, only electric Tesla's in stock which cost more. I decided not to rent a vehicle, but then I visited another rent-a-car place on the way home, there prices were quite costly in comparison. Upon realizing I do need a vehicle I called Hertz to ask if a gas vehice had come in, they said yes; they would hold it for me. I went back to rent it. A Ford Escape, a nice vehicle. I was happy. Upon returning the vehicle the next day before closing, it was busy, and the lot looked full with gas vehicles again. My experience was very good and pleasant. I have no problem recommending this Hertz location.

The manager who works here is racist to people of color. I was told there were no cars available even though i had a reservation. A white couple later came in and was able to rent a vehicle after me. He told me i could walk to enterprise then told me to get out his office. I told him i'm waiting on an uber and it's hot outside, he said he didn't care then threatened to call the police and put me on the do not rent list. Never go here! I am a veteran and have never been blan discriminated against like this.
