We reserved a car for Saturday and when come to pick up there is NO cars.. the answer was “take it or leave it”
Previously said “just come at 9AM and that’s it”
Don’t rent from here..!

Are you guys have any cars????? Terrible! This is the another terrible experience in my life! I made a reservation for a car online and when I arrived at the store, They told me that there were no cars available. Although I received online confirmation. I had a business trip planned, and all my plans fell through. I spent $60 on Uber and it took about an hour to get to the store. This is another location and same problem!!!!!

I only put one star because that's the only way I can leave a review. The first time we arrived, the service was great the guys were pleasant. We had no complaints what so ever.
Then my husband called because we noticed there was a problem with the car about a week later. When we arrived, one guy had a really bad attitude was really angry and didn't want to exchange the car, saying there was nothing wrong with it. When we were about to leave he said ok I will give you another car. Then he gave us the dirtiest car he could find. I told my husband I'm sure they will wash it first. But nope!! That is the first time we have ever got a car that dirty from a rental place. We will never ever go back to that hertz again.
Oh the first picture I cleaned half of the rear window to show how really dirty that car was, the inside was stinky as well

This location has bad customer service skills. they were not attentive, we did not get a hello when we walked in and were ignored. The car was not cleaned beforehand, had food and crumbs all over. It seems to me that this place would try to fine you for anything. They have a sign that says if you return the car with “bug guts” or “bird doodoo” you will be fined!! That is over the top because we the customer have no control over those things and cleaning the car should taken care by the car owner/Hertz. I regret going to this location

Best experience I’ve ever had renting a car. The guys there were so helpful and accommodating. We will be renting from this Hertz every time we visit. Thank you so much again!

This review is solely based off the customer service that Dylan and Andrew provided during my experience. I can't thank both of these guys enough. I was in and out of there less than 25 minutes at most the process was super transparent. They both gave me answers to all of my questions rather than giving me a business card to call corporate or customer service. we did a full walk-through around the vehicle. They explained all the gadgets all the bells and whistles. It was a great experience. I definitely would recommend it. The car was also very clean as well.

My car got totaled over a month ago by another driver. His insurance State Farm was gonna cover the rental cost I was told. However, I was NOT told I would have to pay outta pocket the insurance. The guy didn’t tell me that and I was charged $575.00 after being told it would only be a $50.00 deposit. I hate the fact I wasn’t at all at fault on my totaled car, but yet I lost money. Never coming back again. They should help people and not sell and scam like they do!!! Zero stars.

So guy working at this location was great and helpful. But hertz over all was bad. I had a reservation at the dtla location. When I get there there is a lot of people complaining. The reason why is that the location had no cars. So I went to the next nearest hertz cuz website said they had a car and when I showed up nothing. So called called a couple locations and burbank was only one that had cars. Upon showing up they only had electric cars or suv. For a price higher than what I was going to pay. But since I needed a rental asap I took it. Worse thing ever. Finding charging spots and waiting an hour to charge was horrible.

Plane was sitting on the runway, into gate late, but no matter. On the way there running, 2 people were walking back saying they dont have any cars, they also had a reservation. I ran anyway with my luggage, arrived 10:31, they close at 10:30. The desk was dark and empty. Next door company said try first floor, well I think they were just trying to get rid of me. Downstairs it was all dark. I managed to see the women closing up the little kiosk and getting into her car. I was told there were no cars. How is this possible? Just stranding people. The workers knew it, they ran for the hills early so they wouldnt have to face customers with bookings for non existing cars. Beware. Should have flown to LAX, they are open 24 hours, at least there may have still been a chance. The fact that it is a holiday weekend is no excuse for selling stuff you dont have and leaving people stranded in an unknown city in the middle of the night. I would have never chose to come here and I never will again.
