I recently had the unfortunate experience of interacting with one of your representatives, Eileen, at your Burbank Airport location. I feel compelled to share my disappointment regarding the level of customer service I received during my recent visit.To put it frankly, Eileen's behavior was far from satisfactory. Her attitude was consistently rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. It is disheartening to encounter such behavior from a representative who is meant to provide assistance and support to customers like myself. It is evident that her demeanor does not align with the standard of service one would expect from a company like Hertz.As a loyal Gold client, I have always held Hertz in high regard due to the exceptional customer service I have received in the past. However, this recent encounter with Eileen has left me questioning the quality of service your company provides. It is disheartening to see an employee with such poor communication skills and a lack of professionalism representing Hertz.I believe it is crucial for companies to be aware of instances where their customers feel let down by their service. It is my hope that you will take my complaint seriously and address this matter promptly. I trust that appropriate action will be taken to ensure that future customers are not subjected to the same unpleasant experience.

I found this location to be friendly, but unhelpful. I stopped in twice in one day. (A hertz at another location told me to try here.) When I first got here on a Saturday afternoon there were no cars left, and they said I could try again in the evening, there might be a chance. But that Sunday is when most of the cars come in. Later in the evening, There were cars available but the woman said she would not be able to give me a car with Apple airplay unless I ordered a bigger car. The other locations that I've rented from have given me cars with apple airplay Without a problem when I explained I needed a connection to my phone to get GPS directions.

Hertz is doing everything it can to extract money from loyal customers. I rented a car at LAX and returned it to Burbank two days later. There was damage on the vehicle's lower left side. Thank GOD that I videotaped it. I showed the video to the agent when I returned the car and now Hertz is trying to get me to pay for their damaged vehicle. Shame on you Hertz!!! I advise everyone to take their own videos and photographs which Hertz should be doing before you leave their property. This is a predatory attempt to exploit a senior citizen.

Worst service. At first I'm greeted with "what do you want" by an employee who seemed confused about everything and then because the manager saw I had a blunt wrapper in my the car she said she would be charging me $400 for a detailed cleaning assuming I smoked weed in the car when the car didn't have any smells of smoke. I have flower in my possession which naturally has a smell. There is a big difference. Well, rather than trying to be helpful she allowed me to take the car back. Just to add, I was exchanging the car due to grinding breaks, let's hope they are not faulty.

All the bad reviews here are true ! Your reservation doesn't matter . They will overbook you and expect you to get whatever that is left over .

The worssssssssee hertz ever terrible and slow customer service Made my reservations on Thursday , showed up to pick up my car on Saturday morning and they said they had no cars left and they honestly didn't even care management was even worse she was absolutely no help no "management" skills what's so ever Hertz Gold is a joke First and last time I rent front this joke of an establishment I wisssshhhh I could give this hertz a big fat 01 star is too good of a rating for this place Please save your time and money Never come to this place Now I have a Uber to enterprise

2 stars is accurate for this location.Below par compared to other Hertz location. One attendant took 30 minutes to explain somebody how to drive a Tesla while I was waiting in lobby. As soon as I walk in, first thing he says is he "might" not have a car for my reservation. What the heck is that? Either cancel the reservation in advance or honor it. Another attendant was more professional and said they will put me in another car. Unfortunately he took off leaving me waiting while this guy schmoozed with above lady. Unbelievable how unprofessional this location is. Enterprise is better. Office is dirty. Small location w steel bars on windows. Avoid.

Absolute terrible service, been waiting over a hour and a half to get my car that I reserved. I was told it will be a 30 min wait for my car to be ready, that was a lie. I'm not the only one with this issue, there's three other customers that have been waiting to receive their car but we are being told they are "almost ready". Why give an option to receive a car at a certain time when you won't be able to get it until a hour plus or more. Will be going back to National car rental because I know all I have to do is walk to the car aisle, choose a car & check out at the gate.UPDATEwaited a total of 2 hours to get my scheduled car. I was not a walk up, I scheduled this rental months prior. I found out that if you are not a gold member, you will be treated as a walk in, does not matter if you had a reservation or not. Gold members will take priority & it is why getting a car takes awhile. This gold membership is absolutely free but they do not advertise it on their website. So I highly suggest signing up for the free membership before making a reservation or just walking in, hope this helps.

Burbank is a really small airport. The rental car facility is a convenient but long walk from the airport. Good thing that there are moving walkways to ease the walk a little. When you finally get the Hertz area, you can either walk into the Hertz counter or if you are a Gold Member or higher, you can just head to the board and see where your car is parked. For a small airport, this is a pretty decent-sized Hertz location. When I got here, there were a lot of cars to choose from as a Gold or President's Circle member. I didn't need to interact with staff when I picked up my car but when I returned my car, the employee that checked me in was very friendly and helpful in getting me a receipt as requested. Burbank is a nice little airport to fly into when you come down to the Burbank/Glendale/So Cal area. I have never been disappointed by this Hertz location in my travels.
