Booked and paid for car online. Drive to airport to pickup car a few hours later and was told they don’t have any cars available. Why would your system allow someone to reserve and pay for a car knowing nothing is available. Not i get to wait on hold to get a refund and am totally hosed on transportation. Nice work hertz.
