Just wanted to say a big thank you to Jean. Very awesome and good guy. Made my transition into buying my very FIRST firearm(Glock 19 gen 3) smooth as hell. Just picked it up today Oct. 2, 2023. From the first day when I walked in on Friday Sept. 15 he made it very easy for me. Answered all my questions, etc..Had to wait 1 week for the gun to arrive at the store since they were out of stock. Went back to register under my name. Once again, very smooth process. Then waited exactly 10 days which is today and now I am home feeling secure, safer and will be able to sleep like a baby every night knowing I have some type of protection.He also gifted me a cleaning liquid for FREE !!!I recommend this place to any 1st time buyers. Once again, THANK YOU Jean (big black guy) for your patience and professionalism.I will sure to come to you should I ever decide to purchase any other firearm in the future.SL

I’ve been to every firearm store in and around Burbank and GunsLA is my favorite on many levels, friendly staff that don’t make me feel dumb for needing help and I’ve seen customers ask the most asinine questions and staff handles or better then I would. And they have hard to find pieces in stock every time I visit

I had a slight problem with not being able to find the proper screws for my pistol optic. Went to about 4 different gun shops and no1 had the correct size. These guys fix my problem within 10min. Friendly, respectful stuff and all knowledgeable.Thank you ??

Look, you can get inventory here that you would otherwise not be able to get at any other armory, hence the 2x MSRP. If you’re new to guns, or you don’t know why you’re paying 2x-3x MSRP, shop elsewhere, unless you’re ready to pay for these limited inventory items.I’m my experience, the staff at Guns LA are helpful and will answer any questions you may have, but do SOME research before walking in, for your own sake. It is a somewhat niche gun store in that they carry hard-to-find inventory (OR Handguns), but they also carry other firearms. Ammo selection was limited, however they had an array of accessories. Yes, you may have to wait just like at any other gun store in LA, so be patient.

Finally decided to get my first firearm(Glock 19). Came here to take my FSC and then immediately got my first firearm after passing. Great selection of handguns, rifles, and accessories. Jean and Dyion are two amazing guys I got to shout out! Answered all the questions my wife and I had. Really took the time to help us and show us their great selection! As far as a first time gun owner, this was by far the best experience! Couldn’t of asked for any better! Already purchased my second firearm from them and will be getting my AR soon! Also they have great deals!

Love this place and the staff. If you need any guns or accessories, they got you covered.I was doing extra curricular activities in Burbank and found myself needing to, as the kids would say, “stay strapped.” Was looking for a Hi-Point Glock fortay and the professional staff steered me in the right direction. Got myself a Glock 19 and they even told me about this training company: Sierra Element. I no longer shoot sideways. Thanks again Guns LA.

I completed multiple transactions here in the short amount of time since they first opened. I have always had an entirely positive experience both in terms of their professionalism, and the general selection of firearms and merchandise that they carry. Dion, Jean and the rest of their team have never been anything but profusely helpful and accurate in their transaction procedurals. I will keep being a patron for the foreseeable future. Thanks!

From the moment I set foot into the GunsLA store, I said to myself this is the nicest, most modern, yet quality gun store I have ever been to.The quality service, the wonderful family, and the products they sell are not even what makes this store the greatest gun shop I’ve been to. It’s also the honesty, and positivity the family brings.Dion and Aren taught me so much, and suggested whats best for what I was looking for. They know a lot and they know well on any question you might have. Apart from everyone being so knowledgeable and the store being so clean and well stocked, they are able to do so in these times where so many things are hard to find, this alone makes you want to check them out.The fact it’s a family business and they truly do whatever they can to get what you want and make the customer happy is their end goal.I can write for days about them, but I think you get an idea.I will always be coming back and this is the only place I recommend! My favorite gun store in LA. Everyone here works quickly, efficiently, and is always happy to help or answer any questions. On top of that, their inventory is great! More times than not they have exactly what I’m looking for, which unfortunately cannot be said about many other gun stores.
