I highly recommend The great American Auto Body Center. They did a great job on my 2021 Kia Telluride front fender and side mirror, including matching the special white paint that is subtly metallic and hard to match. When the job was finished, my SUV looked like it had never been damaged. They also give good guarantee for the work they do.

Took my Fiat to these guys and it came back looking better than the day I drove it off the showroom floor. Did a few extras at no cost. All this for a great price. Highly recommended them if you need any body work!

Took my Fiat to these guys , not only did it come back looking better than the day I drove it off the showroom floor they fixed a few things that needed done that they didn't have to at no charge! All this for a great price! Highly recommended this shop!

Everyone here is very friendly. They made me feel welcome and like I was in good hands. They repaired damage to my bumper and they made my car look good as new! They even cleaned the outside and inside of my car!

Two-year updateTwo years ago, I took my car to Great American Auto Service Center for body work and paint job. As I mentioned in my previous review, I was very pleased with the work they had done. The body work and the paint job were excellent. My twenty-year Corolla looked like new.But there always be sceptics who will question the state of the paint after 6 months. That is why I want to update the quality of the paint after two years.The quality of the paint is in excellent shape, there are no loss of gloss, peeling, chalking, cracking or wrinkling. It looks like the day I picked up my car.Thanks again for the great service!

To anyone of you who needs autobody work . . . I have VERY IMPORTANT information for you! I have lived well over 1/2 my life... long enough to discern good people, excellent work ethic, and superior autobody work! Great American Auto Center! Located in Burbank where I reside! I could tell you the details of what got me to Great American, including a referral from one of my closest friends, but the gist of why I am writing this is because when a company goes above and beyond, I feel there is an urgency to shout it to the world. Hence, this review. Open since 1982, Great American Auto Center's owner, John, and Manger and Appraiser, George were such a pleasure. They were highly instrumental in dealing with the insurance company, always available to give updates, and were patient with all my questions... every time! When I picked up my car and got in, I noticed three lug nuts! I asked, "What are these?" John said, I checked out your spare tire and the lug nuts were the wrong ones to hold your spare in case you were to need to use it!" He not only put them there as a gift, but said he ordered a full set for me and told me not to worry about it!" Like a protective, caring person, he took it upon himself to check out my spare, when it didn't even have anything to do why I was there!" When I saw my car, it was shiny and clean! They took care of things I didn't even pay for and detailed my 2016 paint job that now looked brand new!!! Wow! Who they are reminds me of a small-time family feel. I will never go anywhere else! Trust is everything! I am so grateful for being referred to them... passing the good news on to you! Great American Auto Center, 818-848-0722, 2523 W. Recently, someone sideswiped my car, and agreed to pay for it directly rather than going through insurance. I was recommended to great American by my mechanic. They did great work at a fair price and took care of everything. They help to set me up with a rental car and dealt directly with the other party to get payment. I highly recommend George and John.. 2 Thumbs Way up

If you need body work done on your vehicle this is the place to go! Professional, honest, and will get the work done as quickly as they can possibly manage. John, George and the staff were gracious and reliable. I highly recommend this place.

This place took the time to diagnose my window problems and ordered the parts needed to fix my car when two other places gave me insane quotes and weren't helpful at all. The guys here are very friendly and helpful. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

I got my green Nissan in GAAC for a rear damaged door and a scratched front bumper. I was mostly concerned about their ability to match the uncommon color of my car, and to blend in between the existing and new paint without making it obvious (I've seen bad repaint job done on other cars not handled by GAAC). With some minor delay due to their busy schedule, I can tell you that the wait was all worth it... The car looks so brand new I'm now afraid to drive it and ruin their beautiful work! PS: shout out to Owner John and manager George who've been caring and responsive, and obviously to an extremely skillful staff!

My car was rear-ended and had significant damage. I researched several auto body shops and feel comfortable using GAAC after meeting owner John and manager George in person. They are both amazing people who took the extra steps in making sure my car looked good as new again. They took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company and the repairs were not only done efficiently but most importantly professionally! I have gone to several auto body shops in the past and GAAC is definitely the best of the best - and it's not even close! I will be recommending all my family/friends/associates to them for any auto body vehicle repairs in the future. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!

Exceptional staff and service! John and George were phenomenal to work with - clear communications, set expectations and met them.
