I have used Got Print for several cards related to my wedding including the Save the Dates, RSVP card and the official invitation. The save-the-dates were the correct quantity and an OK print besides the uneven rounded corners but I thought Got Print was good enough to order from again.I ordered my wedding invitations and then separately later the RSVP cards as I prepared to arrange my wedding invitations. I ordered them ahead of time in case there were any issues with the print job and I needed a reprint. The cards looked good up on arrival and I kept them safe.When I was ready to assemble my invitations I had set out a packet of 100 envelopes and both the invitation and the RSVP card. Well, I ran out of both cards before I could stuff the 100 envelopes. Both orders were for quantities of 100...but both orders were short. One by 7 cards and one by 3 cards. Not a huge deal, but definitely short. I used the customer chat online to discuss the issue with Got Print Customer Service. The employee did not apologize but kept asking why I waited so long (it's been less than 2 months since the first cards were ordered, less than 1 since the second cards) to let them know. I described much of what I did above to him, he said he would let the quality team know. Yesterday, quality team got back to me and acknowledged that one order was short but only offered $1.32 to replace the 3 cards that they never sent.For the second order, they simply said I was wrong, and they had sent a complete order. This is unacceptable customer service and it blows my minds that they could mess up like this and offer ONLY $1.32. I would advise that anyone needing IMPORTANT printed materials, please seek a different company. Got Print does not care about the people that order their products. They will gaslight you into believing they did send the correct quantity even though they didn't. It would have taken them a few more steps to make the matter right and to keep a customer but instead they have chosen to provide poor service and save themselves a couple of bucks.When you make a mistake, acknowledge it and try and improve the situation. Do not be like Got Print.

GotPrint has always been a very good printer with reasonable prices. I have been using them for about 10 years. I have things printed and mailed to me in Orange county. Any problems have always been resolved in a friendly way.I would recommend them.

I went into gotprint to pick up my purchase and I was thoroughly disappointed in the service I received. I had ordered 5 sets of business cards and when I received them, the font was unreadable. I had made them on their website and followed all of the rules that were set. They were all readable on the site so there was nothing I could have done differently. I even chatted with them online and adjusted a few things at their mention to make sure everything would print right. The gentleman with the beard and glasses that was helping me out was very nice but there was another employee that very rudely interrupted our conversation and started yelling at me. He was a tall bald man for your reference. I wasn't even talking to him but he made my issue his business and started insulting me. He said for the price I paid, that I get what I get and no one checks it. If there was such an obvious error, like the font being so tiny that it isn't readable, you would think after printing the first set, they would have stopped and contacted me. What did they do, close their eyes before printing the whole set? And that isn't even why I'm so upset. Errors like this happen, but the way that employee handled the situation is unforgivable. Bullying me and verbally accosting me is not ok! I am shocked and appalled at the unprofessionalism I received at gotprint. I have never been treated so awfully when I am just trying to use their service.

I've been a long-term loyal customer for over a decade. I get this coupon code that is supposedly good until 12/1/23. I placed an order earlier today for business cards for one of my agents - who wanted to pay with her credit card. Now I'm placing an order 1-hour later for MY business cards and code doesn't work. I speak to customer service and the guy is useless and not looking to resolve my issue, so I get referred to his supervisor "Fernando" - who is equally useless - and says there is nothing he can do, except open up another account (which I have no time to play childish games). He could have made it right with me. It is not about the discount, but the principle. Will look to work with an honorable printing company that values their clients. Their finished product and prices are NOT that great.

I card to find a new place to get my Christmas cards done this year and I ordered through gotprint. They came out great an exceeded my expectations! Thanks so much! Will definitely continue to order from here again!

Do not print from this store.If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased postcards and had to split them into two orders, but I was requested to re-upload files for one order (due to the design being low resolution) while the other order was approved immediately. I was confused because I had uploaded the exact same files for the two orders. I had another issue with the same order, where when I previewed the uploaded file, part of the design was miscolored. Their system has some problems reading files because I didn't change the specific design elements that had changed color on their platform. I emailed them addressing this concern before they started reviewing the files and was informed that they would let me know if I needed to re-upload the files. When I received the postcards, the order that got immediately approved came out perfectly but the order that required me to reupload files did not print well.I emailed and called them multiple times throughout the waiting/approval process to resolve these two issues but was provided with very little explanation and poor customer service. This company has 0 understanding of quality control.

Terrible customer service!! They do not have anyone you can speak directly to about your order. They have made me miss several deadlines because of their lack of direct communication. DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE A DEADLINE! They made me miss an important launch party for a major network. The was the last straw for me.

They used to be good, but the quality has really diminished over the years. I have ordered dozens of sets of business cards from them over the years, and they have progressively gotten worse. They constantly have issues with inconsistent cuts, things being crooked and just overall poor quality printing. Their customer support is completely useless.

Gotprint.com makes poor quality and overpriced items. I ordered two separate times from them and same result - piss poor quality on an overpriced print job. never again! FYI - I couldn't get a refund from them either. So many more companies I would chose before them.

This business is a complete waste of time and a scam. After spending two hours uploading designs (solely because of the prices advertised) I go to checkout and my total jumps from $180 to almost $290. They claim this is shipping charges but there is no way to ship PAPER is over $100. An absolute scam of a website. They sucker you in, waste your time, and then scam you! Would give 0 starts if I could!! When I reached out via chat to find out why shipping was so expensive they told me "sorry you feel this way" and ended the chat on me. Clearly they don't care about gaining customers.

I used to have really good experiences with Got Print, but their customer service is ridiculous now. They needed me to submit a new tax exempt form (I guess they expire every year or two) and when I did, they would ask me to add or change something, which I would do, and then they would request another change, and after four modifications, it still wasn't correct. Let me be clear: they didn't ask me to do four things, and I only changed one -- no, they would ask for a new revision each time I submitted this form. It was crazy-making, and I'm done with it. I had another recent experience where the file size I sent wasn't correct, and rather than tell me what they needed, they would just keep sending it back saying it was wrong -- very poor communication skills.

Was hesitant because of negative reviews, so I followed their guidelines on site and my business cards came out great! Seems like a lot of people don't pay attention and blame the company for it. The extra couple minutes I spent making sure my design was set up right was definitely worth it for the price.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They state they can do Raised UV, but obviously, no one there knows how to actually do this, so they place it solely on the client to do their convoluted internal process that, as a designer, I've never had to do with any other company before. Their UV instructions were created by someone who clearly hates their clients and designers and/or has no understanding of basic design. This is a classic case of a business imposing internal processes and procedures on its customers without a level of abstraction.After sending them every single file imaginable, and doing their UV instructions to a tee, I was still getting requests to edit my files. They have absolutely no idea what they're doing. Then when you try and talk to customer service or anyone, you're connected with someone who also has no design background and doesn't understand the difference between a JPEG and a PDF. It's maddening. While the customer service people were nice enough, they obviously don't have any training on how to deal with order issues or specifics and are basically thrown to the wolves. Gladly canceled all of my orders after a week of jumping unnecessary hoops because they're incompetent. Save the time and effort and go try someone else, anyone else.

While we are happy with the quality of the printing, this place is very unfriendly for resellers. We work with many clients and their resale program requires endless emails, confusing requirements, nothing like anything we have ever encountered before. For every other vendor, we provide a resale request, the tax is removed or refunded. After dozens of emails, we simply give up trying to resolve a resale order. They want us to use multiple accounts to separate resale from non-resale. Then a simple request to remove tax turns into a trip down the rabbit hole with endless, delayed replies and no resolution. If you are buying something that will be purchased on resale, be warned, in that regard, they are a nightmare. We suspect they use offshore customer service.
