I have been taking my cars to Jack and his son John for a couple years now for customization and the occasional dent and scratch that comes up. Let me first off by saying it is very difficult to find trustworthy and honest people in this industry and I am so glad I found Goodfellas Collision Center. My Porsche windows were giving me issues and no one was able to diagnose the problem correctly. Literally after 1 hour of dropping of my car John called me back with a diagnosis and a cost estimate for repairs, which by the way were extremely reasonable and affordable. Most people try to take advantage of you when they hear "Porsche" but these guys were so awesome and honest. I highly recommend them for any vehicle service you may need! Thanks again gentlemen!

Got into a fight with a parking post! LOL. Here we go: Bachelor no. 1 was (recommended by the car dealership btw) was fine, had the highest bid and longest timeframe (5 days). Bachelor no. 2 (2nd recommendation from the dealership) was sketchy but had a better price than no. 1 (3 day turnaround) - which prompted me to look on YELP where I gladly went with John or Bachelor no. 3 - Great Price/Great Service/Quickest Turnaround (2 days). Happy I did my due diligence. Just picked up my car today and it's good as new.

This is perhaps the #1 biz I've ever dealt with for integrity and outstanding work.Jack's committment to excellence, and complete customer satisfaction is unheard of anywhere else.Jack is not the only one. I searched several body shops and John at Goodfellas was far and beyond the BEST customer care professional of them ALL! As a disabled Senior it is hard to find such kind, considerate treatment like John provided throughout the entire process. The work was as perfect as the care and professionalism John gave to me. I can wholeheartedly recommend Goodfellas Collision Center to anyone wanting to have their vehicles repaired. I would suggest driving out of your way to have John help you!!!!! I feel really lucky to have found this body shop, John was so much help from the very beginning he picked up my car and towed it to his shop, he dealt with the insurance adjuster, I didn't have to go back-and-forth with the insurance my car was done in a very timely manner. I was ecstatic with the results feel like I was driving a new car. He even managed to extend my rental with insurance so I wouldn't have to pay extra. Very supportive and helpful and always answer the phone when calling , for updates. His workers are very knowledgeable in the body shop industry. I recommend this shop to anybody that wants to make their car getting repair an easy and enjoyable process.

Had damage to my back lift gate. Got 4 other estimates and all were over $3,000 more than what goodfellas quoted. Thought it was too good to be true. But they were concise, honest, and fast. And the repair was amazing. I would go back to goodfellas in a heart beat.

was looking for a quick repair after somebody crashed into my car in a parking lot. luckily the crasher was nice enough to stick around and swap insurance info so i didn't have to go through mine. when i was given the go ahead to find my own repair center, i called around. everybody in town seemed to be backed up for weeks or months. but then i found goodfellas. john was able to find the parts within a few days and the repair was done a few days later. the whole process was extremely painless. i will definitely come back anytime i have body work.

John and his team are miracle workers! they worked twice for me on impossible deadlines when I couldn't find anywhere to help me. They're incredible on sourcing parts and also friendly reliable and fair priced work. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Burbank, or CA in total! they're definitely the best and so kind.

This is my second visit to Goodfellas and thankfully the best choice I could have made. I was in an accident and needed repairs to my leased 2022 Mini Cooper Countryman. Going through my insurance company, they recommended other shops in my area but I chose to go to Goodfellas instead because of my first experience with their shop and their outstanding reviews on Yelp. John, his Father Jack, and their team were awesome! So gracious in responses to my calls, thorough and so neat with the repairs. They even had our car detailed when it was completed! I honestly can't thank them enough for all of their hard work. I will absolutely be back if I ever need repair services again. Thank you so much, guys!

Goodfellas Collision is an INCREDIBLE auto body shop. I got rear ended in a 2022 SUV and Goodfellas made everything SO EASY! They picked up me and dropped me off at the car rental and drove my car back to their shop. The dealership didn't do delivery, so Goodfellas picked up the parts and got to work quickly! The service and work done was superb. And when it was all over, they detailed my car as a surprise!! I can't recommend this place highly enough - go and try them yourself!
