This used to be a great place back in the day. The younger men that have taken over are not as good as the old guard. I asked for extra pickles and the server made believe to add pickles when they did not. The quality of meat also has gone down hill. The current place and newer servers are just not up to par. At least I have memories of when this place was a good place to eat at...

I love the pastrami sandwich. Fresh veggies topping and the beef very juicy.Parking: There's a small parking on the side and parking on the street.Wheelchair accessibility: The place is at floor level.

Giamela's is a classic go to and has been around for so many years! Consistent quality subs generously topped with diced onion and pickle (if you opt for it). Always a treat and blows away the chain sub "shops". The only downside for some my be that it's cash only.

Very nice and speedy service. I ordered an Italian sub with everything on it. It was overflowing and huge even though I only ordered a small. Would definitely return and try another sub.

I wouldn't give 5 ⭐ easily, but this place is good, great sandwich and the toppings are a good idea on a pastrami sandwich plus the price is good value for your money to find the same flavor you have to pay $15 or even $20 for the same size pretty much, definitely going back

Just want to make it very clear to everyone here in Internetland that this sandwich shop and I go way, WAAAAY back. Almost 20 years since my last visit here and they still make the best pastrami and peppersteak sandwiches in the history of whatever. They are the absolute best, the genesis of flavor, the summit of comfort in a bite.I will never be worthy.
