Very rude employees! He didn't print my documents he was yelling to us that's not nice at all it was men and women ! Be nice with customers if you can't be nice with customers don't work Office Depot

NEVER CHOOSE FEDEX!! I've had "delivery attempts" made to my apartment where I work everyday at a window above my front door. NEVER heard the knocks but got 2 door tags saying "we missed you". When I called customer service, they claimed they made FIVE attempts (only have 2 door tags and my account says the delivery is still pending). On the day my account claimed they'd make a final attempt, I put a sign out to knock louder or call my number: the delivery agent did neither nor left a door tag. I know you can add these directions in your account, WHICH I DID, but the delivery was SCANNED but no door tag on the final day. I learned from my neighbors that they literally chased the FedEx truck to actually attempt to get their package. NOW, I have travel across town to this store to get my package myself. If I would have had a choice, I would have never chosen to let FedEx handle my delivery and never will again.

I have to say the most unhelpful staff I have ever encountered. I will never step into this store again. I have spend several hundred dollars through the years here and recently (today 5/6) spent another $20. I asked to get 4 quarters or a dollar and they said they couldnt open the register. They asked who I believe was the floating manager and she goes on to tell me they cannot give change. I explained, I had just spent $20 in here and they cant give me change? She said no. I said you have no customer service. She goes on to tell me her policy blah blah blah. Its not like I asked for a role of quarters. I am sure nobody will care whether I write here or not since the business in not claimed. It's too bad as this store is convenient, but never again.

I bought a product on-line last night and the corresponding Office Depot email said ready for pick up at store next day (in stock). So, the next day after work, I get to Office Depot Burbank at around 5:45pm, the store is closed down, chained up, with caution tape plastered at the front entrance. Why say ready for pick up when the store is all shut down? The the "24/7" customer service I tried calling is closed with message saying to call back next day. Won't let me cancel my order online either... give me my money back! There's always something that gets messed up at Office Depot, I never learn! I give myself 1 star for going back to Office Depot when I should know better by now.

I was told that there were phones in stock at the Burbank store near S.F. road. When I arrived at the store, do you think they had those phones in stock? this is not the first time that happened at office Depot. The next time I go to an office Depot, Hell will have snow.

Went here doing an instacart order.. The store is big and I am not going to lie I don't really know where I was going. One of the sweet workers here could tell I think and she was super helpful on pointing me in the right direction. I really wish I remember her name because she was so kind and helpful!This Office Depot is actually very relaxing and very chill + had some good energy in it.

Walked in yesterday 30 before closing for an office chair and walked out with more than I planned lol I was helped by Jeanette? Sorry if I misspelled. She's was super helpful, offered different colored options for the chair and assisted me finding for the things I was looking for. She also helped me out at check out and have helpful info on my office chair warranty! Most employees rush guests because they know closing time is soon, but not Jeanette, she was kind helpful and informative! Definitely coming back in the future for my office needs. Thanks Jeanette!
