I left word for Dr. Fatima and her staff called me back & scheduled a time to speak with Dr. Fatima and I got the care I needed. I've been with Dr. Fatima for many years and I find her to be a very thorough Dr., very attentive, listens, & doesn't always prescribe medication right away but alternative methods, which I really like.”

“I had an appointment with Dr. Grigoryan today after waiting about three months to be seen. I'm so glad I chose Dr. Grigoryan from the doctors I had screened. From the moment I walked in, her staff was polite and professional. I arrived 15-20 minutes early in case there were additional forms to complete, though I had done everything online, which I greatly appreciated.
After my information was verified, the MAs took my vitals, and Dr. Grigoryan saw me right on time. She spent a solid 45 minutes with me, thoroughly reviewing my chart, family history, and patient history, and genuinely showed interest in what brought me to her as a new patient. She asked all the right questions and was respectful, nice, and attentive. I valued her insights and initial diagnosis of my concerns.
What impressed me even more was that I could do all my lab work right there at her office, rather than going to a separate laboratory. Since I wasn’t fasting, I'll be returning next week for that. The office is welcoming and chic, and parking was super easy. Despite having other patients waiting, Dr. Grigoryan never rushed me, showing her genuine care for patient well-being.
Thank you, Dr. Grigoryan and staff, for making my first visit memorable. I'm looking forward to future visits for my general health.”
“Since my student health center at my college was not available, I looked for an urgent care nearby. I did a quick search via Yelp and read the reviews for Vermont Urgent Care & Multi Specialty Center and decided to visit their website to schedule an appointment to be seen that day. The website is easy to navigate and I was able to schedule an appointment within the hour! I called to check what the cost of the initial consultation would be and it was very competitive compared to other urgent cares. I loved how the location was easily accessible via public transportation as I can't even imagine parking in K-Town, lol.Upon arrival I let the receptionist know I was there for my appointment and she gave me a few short forms to fill out. I was paying out of pocket and she let me know the consultation cost and I confirmed I wanted to continue. I was brought back promptly by the nurse who took my vitals. Not more than two minutes later the Dr came in and did my assessment and was able to prescribe the medicine to be picked up at the receptionist desk. I appreciated the Dr's kind. bedside manner and I did not feel rushed.Upon checking out my total was under $100 and I was quite grateful.If I ever need another urgent care visit, I will come back to this clinic!”

Both take time to listen and offer a well thought course of action. I would highly recommend either of them! “Dr. Massachi has a remarkable ability to make you feel comfortable and cared for, even during the most challenging health issues. I came to him as a second opinion in regards a health concern I had but immediately realized I should've come to him as my Primary care physician. Not only did him & his staff take the time to understand my concerns, answer my questions, and explain complex medical information to me but they also took the time to further research a Pharmacy that had the proper medication available as soon as possible closer to my home. I was afraid they wouldn't take my health insurance but to my surprise they do take insurance which was Amazing! This level of patient-centered care is rare and greatly appreciated. Called for a emergency exam and I was able to walk in without I electronically electronically fill out my forms and Insuance info and the front the front staff took care ofThe rest. I was seen by a highly experienced PA-c. The PA examined me thoroughly and gave his diagnosis. I am grateful to PA and the urgent care team at exer for getting me and out on a timely manner. I would highly recommend this urgent care to my friends and family.”
“My last visit was not so great. I brought my dear sweet Mother here. She was very ill. It took the receptionist over an hour for us to be seen by a doctor. Her name was Alli. She was rude and dismissive. I got the feeling she was a racist. My Mother and I are African Americans. We finally saw NP Cristina. She was cool. Overall I give our experience here a C+. “I love how Dr Arévalo takes care of me. I have been going to that clinic for years. Lately, I've been calling, and after 10 minutes on hold, they hang up on me. There have been 6 times that I have spoken at different times and THEY DON'T ANSWER! The service of Dr Arévalo; It's unique. Super professional and listens to my questions and/or doubts. Please talk to the people in charge of the phone. If they don't like their job, let them quit!!!”

So if you do plan on going during the week, I suggest around 12 or after. Overall great place to go with good staff. But because they do get busy Last call is usually around eight. Would recommend coming here.”

“Stopped in today for a primary care visit. Mary at the front desk was incredibly helpful with a problem that came up with our insurance. She went above and beyond, sitting on hold with and calling the nearly 5 different insurance lines we were re-directed about. “I had a very specific skin issue that I needed urgent care for. I probably ended up calling ten other places only to hear they couldn’t help me, I’m glad I made one more call here. I explained my situation to them & they said they could help me right away. I drove over & was seen immediately. Dr. Cho & her team are very organized, detailed & professional. I even got a follow up call 2 days later by Rachel to check up on me & see how I was doing.
I’ve never had that from any urgent care I’ve been to before.
