I would give 0 stars if possible. Absolutely horrid facility with awful customer service. The hours are horrendous and barely workable and they charge a fee for late access. Upon leaving the facility I called to give a 2 week notice of move out, followed all their move out procedures in order to not incur another months charge. They then proceeded to charge another month even after we vacated and refused to refund/prorate or be of any assistance. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

The online payment portal never works. No one knows how to make it work. They raise their rent then charge you late fees and make it impossible if you to correct your upcoming payment already scheduled by refusing partial payments. They send both checks back (even though I paid what was due ontime) to me and charge me a late fee. They all at once without notification dont allow partial payments. I was never told or notified nor told on the phone when the called me 8 days in a row to ask for $4 that I already had sent. Then they send your checks back without letting you know and charge a late fee. Its fraudulent and not legal to change payment policies from one day to another and then charge you a late fee. I have been a tenant for 20 years and this is how they will treat you.

I have had my storage unit here for years and my credit card has been on file making on time payments. All of a sudden to my surprise I received a delinquency letter. I check with my credit card company and they said there's no issues. I call EZ STORAGE and they tell me That they tried to charge the card, it didn't go through so I'm being charged delinquency fees until it's paid. I asked them to try the card again, they said it was removed from the file but they will try to locate it. Then they call me and tell me it's been located and it went through fine, the account is now current and nothing else is needed. This month, just a week ago, I received another delinquency letter with more fees being charged. I reach out to see the issue. They said there's no card on file to make the payment and so it is late. Here we go again. The issues are on their end but they are blaming me and charging me ridiculous late fees and they are denying my claim to reimburse those late fees with no reason why.

Ladies with some awful attitudes. Go somewhere else this place is not worth it. This is the most unhelpful staff I have ever come across.

They take good care of the place. The parking is guarded by a personal gate code. There is one freight elevator to get to the second floor. You can borrow a freight cart. Prices are competitive. Hallways are regularly cleaned. I've never found it too hot or muggy in there, so safer than storing in a garage or shed.

EZ Storage is conveniently located on the , with many different types of Storage sizes to choose from. Also the BEST PRICED STORAGE COMPANY I have found within my location. Staff are very nice and helpful.

I have used this facility for MANY years now and have been satisfied with it, until recently. I was here for the first time in the evening and have never heard ‘the final bell’ before so I was unaware of the closing procedures and sounds that they use to notify people.First, ‘the final bell’ is NOT loud enough when your unit is located in the middle, interior portion of the facility. It ends up being a very muted noise that can be compared to the handcarts rolling down the wooden floors. Someone that is hearing impaired will not be able to differentiate the two.Secondly, upon leaving I was instantly threatened with being charged for leaving ‘late’ (I still had 5 minutes until closure) in a very angry, unfriendly tone instead of calmly explaining to an evening first timer the process and procedures. The manager had no interest in the issue with my not hearing ‘the final bell’ due to my impairment. After apologizing and trying to explain, she continued to yell at me and use threatening language.Next, this building is NOT ADA compliant and does not accommodate for any type of physical impairment. Yes, they have units labeled with the wheelchair emblem but those are not even truly compliant. The ‘elevators’ are not safe/zoned for human transport and only stairs are available to reach the upper levels.I could go on, since there have been many incidents throughout the years I have been here but the most disturbing is how they handled renting increases during the pandemic that we are still going through. Even though there is a rent increase moratorium, they still continued to raise rent during the pandemic and have already sent the letters out for another increase. Yes, it’s a business but you have to remember the people behind what is making you so successful. Unfortunately good business sense, compassion, sensitivity to persons with disabilities, and human kindness is not a part of this facility.

I dropped by yesterday to drop off something in my boss' storage locker. I had difficulty trying to get the code to work when I suddenly noticed a woman(black hair, short, 50+, accent) looking at me oddly and saying, "Excuse me, WHAT are you doing?"I tried to explain that I was trying to access a unit and needed assistance(didn't realize the numbers must match the top line, not middle). She refused to help and instead blurted out, "No, no, come here." like I was a 10-year old child.I showed her the piece of paper proving I needed to be there and she insisted that I was at the wrong address. Basically shooed me away. I felt incredibly unwelcome. Maybe she thought I was a vagrant or something?

Maria and Amanda are super nice and the place is well maintained and kept. The rules are there for a reason. Follow them and everything is great. Maintence dude is super cool, everyone friendly and polite. It's best to be out by 6:00pm to avoid trouble. You get what you give with these people. I had zero trouble once I learned how things worked.

So, this company is terrible. AWFUL customer service. I’m moving out of state due to Covid and I get on the road day after Christmas. It’s 1pm on Christmas Eve and I’m trying to drop off my possessions and I can. I now have to get rid of everything I own on Christmas Eve. This company has caused me to lose EVERYTHING. They wouldn’t let me access my unit to save the only things I have left. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. They truly are heartless monsters

WOW. The absolute worst. Can't believe what we've just experienced. Maria was unable to answer simple questions and filled with attitude the entire time. Towards the end - ready to sign, we asked a simple question about giving a notice and she said she wouldn't be answering the question and was voiding the rental. After reserving the storage days in advance and ruining our travel plans, we had to deal with this very unhelpful service and unprofessional place. There was a bigger guy there who did nothing to help the situation and let Maria treat us this way. Also, NO PUSH CARTS AVAILABLE which was never stated in the reservation! Impossible to move boxes since every room is far away from elevators. Really disrespectful to be treated this way when we gave no attitude or any trouble whatsoever. Surprised they're in business. We found we still got CHARGED. We should've listened to the reviews while we were standing there reading them.
