To say that these folks feel like family is a tremendous understatement to my testament of their generosity! I'm in the process of storing with them for my second time and its easy to say that they are the most accommodating and thoughtful team I've had the pleasure to work with since moving to California in 2022. I have had some pretty difficult asks that range from bringing a large scale U-Haul and trailer through the tight lanes of their property to storing a pod on the premises while I unload into their facility.
Every step of the way, Yolanda has guided me with a smile, always willing to find a work around to make my life easier: ) Amjad feels like he never leaves the place and has gone above and beyond every time I've returned with an ask. One heck of a team that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to store in the Burbank area. Their storage units are easily accessible, well-kept and secure.

I've used this facility for years. They have always been helpful, friendly andcthecplacevis well kept. My only complaint is that over the past few years the rent goes up twice a year. I'm told it's based on the market value of surrounding property. I paid less for my large unit when I initially rented it than I now pay for my small unit.

I rented a small storage locker for a short time to store my excess items while I settled into my new place. They were nice and professional, the facilities are well taken care of, and they were very helpful and understanding during move-in and move-out. I would definitely recommend!

I love these people. I’ve been here since 1996. They know my whole life history almost my therapy. They are kind, friendly and understanding. Thumbs up to all that work here. Even the people that use to work here they were cool too ???

The hours to access your unit is the only con. The hours are for people who are retired or their employees. The property is clean. Everyone is friendly. Easy gate access during business hours. I feel safe with my items in their units. Horrible time 8-6. Working hours

I had the wonderful chance of meeting these great people while I stored my items here. Yolanda and Amjad were always so helpful and always tried to help with anything I ever needed. The experience itself was great because my items were safe and I had no issues since they keep the facility very clean and organized. I would definitely store my things here in the future if needed. Recommended to everyone!

Amazing!!!!Amjad, Yolanda, and Ben are friendly, kind, and accommodating. I have used Extra Storage in Burbank twice in two years and both times I’ve had a great experience. I highly recommend them. Prices are lower than most storage facilities. I shopped around. It’s always extremely clean. Easy access to carts, trash, and bathrooms. Front gate is always locked with combination entry only, very safe and secure.
