Jack was incredibly rude, customer servicing was awful. He was abrupt, arrogant, and holds his opinions over others. Would not recommend. There's plenty are great shops in the area

Brought my car here for its regular servicing and was not disappointed! Jack was very thorough with his inspection, ended up replacing my front brakes and got some fresh oil. Highly recommend coming here for any mechanical work!

Jack is the very BEST in the business! Andy too. We moved to Ohio and the ONLY thing we miss about L.A. is Jack! It's amazing the amount of price gouging and laissez-faire attitude of many business in these rural parts. Especially in the areas of auto repair, veterinarians, dentists and building inspectors....but I digress! I have been bringing mine and my wife's cars to Victory auto care for over 7 years now. Not once has Jack disappointed with his service and trustworthy work! It started when my Corvette was experiencing some transmission issues where it wouldn't properly go into gear. I took it to the local Chevy dealer and was quoted about $3,000 for parts/labor. This seemed like an absurd amount of money to charge, so I drove down the street to this local mechanic shop. Immediately Jack got into my car and diagnosed the problem in minutes. It turns out there was a faulty $40 piece that had broken!!! I ended up paying for this part and the labor and saved roughly 95% of what I would've paid at the dealer. I knew at that moment I would only bring my cars to Victory Auto and I am now a life long customer of Jack.

I was really impressed by how quickly they were able to help me out and I appreciated their efforts to be transparent about my options. It was affordable and the service was very friendly. I noticed lots of other happy customers as well. I'll definitely be back!

My experience with Victory Car Care leads me to believe that this is a very competent, timely, and honest group of individuals. In fact, I had a much better customer service experience at nearly half the price quoted at another popular automobile service company in Savannah. I would be quick to recommend Victory CarCare to others.

I'm so thrilled to have found Victory Car Care in my neighborhood. It was a real treat to have my car ready in less time than was quoted to me, and my regular service was much less expensive than what I've been charged by the auto repair chains.

I've been going here for years. Jack is one of the few honest mechanics around. He will give you a fair price and fast turnaround. There is a small library across the way at the park if you need somewhere to waste time while they work on your vehicle.

My husband and I have been coming to see Jack since 2010 and no matter where we live in LA, we will drive our way to take our car for his care. He is precise in what needs to be done, and will let you know what you need when you need it. Jack is very reasonable in prices and he will not do work without letting you know so there are no hidden costs out of no where. I remember the days of dreading the phone call back from the auto care companies in the past knowing they "found" something that needed to be done. This is a place where women can go and know they are being taken care of.

RUN AWAY unless you want to be OVERCHARGED. I was charged a diagnostic fee up front then was told by Jack the fee would be subtracted from my total repair bill at the end. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN!!! When I questioned the charge he tried to disguise it as another fee which is just plain WRONG!!! There isn't a lot you can do at that point especially when you need your car back. He also tried to sell me additional parts which were not needed and this was confirmed by another mechanic shortly thereafter. Sadly, I'm a return customer and this was an emergency situation which I feel Jack took complete advantage of. My advice, AVOID this place at all costs since Jack has now decided that "GREED IS GOOD."

Extremely extremely rude!! I'm not sure if they got some problem on their personal life or not. But once I called them and said: "Is this Victory Auto Care?" They were answering"Are you speaking English?""Go back take some English class, man..." I couldn't believe what I just heard about! Once I stepped into their store, the owner just tried to resist he answered my phone and made it to his mechanic... No honesty and extremely rude guys!
