Worst idea. I purchased something that said "delivered within 1 hour" and it took 6 hours. It said out for delivery for 5 hours. Driver decided to deliver my order last because he was closer to home.

My daughter was not feeling well and really wanted fruit, so I ordered a platter to be delivered same day. I asked her if she enjoyed it, she said the fruit was not sweet & the cantaloupe was very hard. The fruit should tastes as good, if not better, than it looks.

I wanted to get a thank you present for my OB who delivered our baby and my appt with her was at 9:30, this place opened at 9. The lady had to set up, but let me wait inside. I ordered a thank you box with strawberries and other assorted fruits. It ended up being $60 but I was able to get this before my doctors appt. Great service, easy parking and nice presentation!

Absolutely amazing customer service. I am in Nevada and placed and order to send a gift to my Aunt who lives near this location. They were quick and efficient. I will definitely be using this location for any services I will need in the future and would recommend others to do the same.

I have been ordering from this place for many years . This last time I ordered on Father's Day the arrangment was not good at all . The fruit looked old and it was so small that I was embarrassedTo give it as a present . When I called to speak to the manager he did not seem to care at all . I will notGo here again .

This is a one of the "few" trusted Edible Arrangement franchises in the Valley! Spoke with Erin yesterday and placed my order. Erin was polite and professional, never insisted on having my "email" like the Van Nuys location.The recipient was thrilled to receive the surprise and absolutely everything! The fruit, cupcakes and cookies all fresh! This location restored our hopes for having a go to location for Edible Arrangements again. Thank you Erin, you're truly an asset at the Burbank Location. Custom Service is essential to any business big or small. How customers are treated simply determines, how much revenue any franchise will generate. Erin, here's to many successful years and satisfied customers!

I placed an order for my boyfriend's birthday to surprise him with a fruit basket. The process was easy, the tracking was great, and he loved it and said it was delicious. I received an arrangement as a gift and it looked beautiful. While eating, I found a green worm on one of the sticks. Somewhat disappointed and grossed out.

Placed an online order for curbside pickup for Mother's Day, instructed to call when there so they can bring it out. Get there, and no one answers the phone. Apparently, they don't do curbside pickups so had to wait in line. One person attending front desk. Made me late and wife upset.

Ordered curbside not only did no one service me they made me wait 1 hour in a line with no remorse to get my reserved order. Wont shop here again.
