I just left this location and everything went pretty smooth. My appointment was for 1045am. I arrived at 1025am. I wanted to be early due to the negative reviews that they always run late. I figured if I arrive early maybe someone will be available. And I was right. They started working on me pretty much immediately. My stylist was very nice and sweet. The location is clean and the service was quick. My only negative point are the prices. For what you get done which is a wash and style it’s not worth the price of $69 with tip. I pay this much and it includes a cut. Although my first time was an overall positive experience I would not do this again.

There is a very rude girl at the cashier with a huge attitude problem. Sometimes she does hair and sometimes she takes over as the check out cashier. I had my hair blow dried for 65.00 not including a 10.00 tip i wanted to give to my stylist. I hadonly a twenty. So I asked for change and she straight out told me to "just give the twenty as tip. I didn't want to to leave my stylist tip less so I was forced to give a twenty. I will not be bullied into how much tip I'm going to leave someone. Taking my business elsewhere ?. Please get rid of her, she is very bad for your business.Service: Blowouts

Caution for those with "natural hair" – I strongly advise avoiding this place. While the ambiance is appealing and the staff friendly, my daughter's hair was left in complete disarray. She is of mixed race (half black and white), and I took the precaution of reaching out to Drybar before booking to inquire about their expertise with "natural" and "ethnic" hair. Their enthusiastic response assured me they could handle it. I even confirmed if they would flat iron the hair after a blowout to achieve a bone-straight look, and was once again reassured. Unfortunately, my daughter left the salon with disastrous results. I spent $55 on this disappointing experience. My frustration knows no bounds, and I vow to NEVER return to Drybar. This was an absolute nightmare. Despite attempting to bring this matter to the attention of both Drybar management and corporate, my efforts were met with silence – a clear display of disregard. I will not subject myself to this again.Services: Blowouts

This location is not forthcoming with information. I have a membership here, or at least I had a membership here, I booked an appointment for the beginning of the month, assuming a new month had started, I assumed I had my two blowouts still. After getting my service, I was told I was one day away from the new month starting and I was charged for the blowout. The location offered no kind of solution, other than to charge me the full rate. Unfortunately for them charging me this $45 will have lost them my $90 monthly membership for every month going forward.

+ Friendly staff Coordinated a reschedule with ease Large location - This location is marked "has experience with thick curly hair" but that was not my experience. The blowout frizzed up same day and was very dry. Stylist were not familiar with product ingredients.

I just got a blowout at Dry bar salon and I couldn't be happier with the results! My stylist was Susana, was so friendly and professional, and she really took the time to understand what I wanted and make sure I was happy with the end result. I have 22 inch hair extensions and even then my hair got done fast and perfectly. My hair looks amazing and I'm so glad I chose Susana to do it. Highly recommend!

I had my first Drybar experience yesterday. I was a bit skeptical on how well the stylists there would do with Black hair. Amie was my stylist and she did such an amazing job. My hard felt soft, silky, and looked amazing. The curls bounce, and she didn’t use a ton of product on my hair. The best part was, she completed the job in an hour and 10 minutes. I’m sold on Drybar and bought a membership. Thank you Amie!Services: Blowdry

This is the worst location of Drybar please do not go here. I went here for a service a few weeks ago, during the service a woman came in unmasked and was violently coughing throughout my treatment. I could not move seats as there was nowhere to be seated. She was placed by the receptionist next to customers on the waiting couch. After checking out I got very sick symptoms and am five months pregnant. I was very frustrated by the experience as I come to Drybar to unwind and relax. I contacted Drybar immediately to let them know. They did nothing about the experience, the manager, Kimberly contacted me and was one of the most fake, inauthentic and unhelpful people. She refused a refund, did not seem to care about me or my child's safety or the national standard of health and safety compliance her franchise should be executing and did not issue a sincere apology about my experience. She then proceeded to HANG UP on me, this is unacceptable. I have been a customer of Drybar for over ten years now and have never ever experienced this low level of customer service before. It's gone way down hill since Ally sold the business. I would recommend to go to another location 100%

See Samantha! She's amazing! An absolute darling & has THE MOST GENTLE TOUCH. I have extremely long hair and I take pride in taking good care of it. Samantha made sure to take exceptionally good care of my strands without requesting it. Not only that she accomplished the exact hairstyle that I had to come in for. I was greeted by a lovely couple of girls at the reception area, but wasn't offered a beverage. That one detail aside the experience was quick, efficient, friendly, and completely met my expectations. If I lived closer to this area, I would be here regularly. I stopped here on my way to my destination out of convenience and I'm so glad I did because he became more convenient than I ever could've imagined. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job on my hair and making my day as Moana (for the kids) so much easier.

Despite the small mishap in scheduling my requested service I left the salon feeling completely satisfied! The front desk staff were very friendly, attentive, and kind. Raffi washed my hair which in itself felt like a luxurious spa experience! Bri was very kind to step in and work on my updo even though it was completely out of schedule for her. She was very sweet, genuine, and matched my updo to the inspo photo I presented her. I have very fine unruly hair so generally my hair updos fall apart in less than an hour but this lasted all evening without feeling overly dry from hair spray. I will definitely go back and try a blow out next. Thank you Drybar!

Horrible service! Rude employees that stand around by the front reception center and act like they are busy but all they do is talk to each other. Do yourself a favor and never come here!

1. They do not pick up the phone so they let you waste your time getting there after having an appointment to only turn you away. 2. What kind of policy do you have? I have to have my hair fully dry for you to do my hair? Fine my fault that it was still partially wet, it takes 2 minutes to dry it not even. I was willing to wait or to have them at the very least half do my hair and was willing to pay extra. The lady I spoke to was very rude and did not even care, didn't offer to help in any other way either. I had an appointment, and they just did not care did not help and did not offer to do anything. I have never had any issues with ANY other Drybar they have always at least tried to help. If you are just going to turn me away you might as well answer your calls so I don't waste my time.

I've never had problems at any other DryBar location until today. I came in with my two friends (they had appointments at 12:15, I was a walk-in). I knew going in I may get seen, I might not. The front desk lady told us that I should just wait and see if I get in. So I didn't bother ordering a Lyft to leave and get lunch. 15 minutes roll by. Half hour rolls by. None of us have been seen or talked to. 45 minutes have now rolled by. At 1:00pm (45 min after their appointment times) they're finally seen. I ask "hey, I know it's busy, did you ever grab my name for the waitlist like we asked?" The same front desk lady looked at me like I was stupid and said, "I told your friends (I was right there) we aren't doing walk ins today." Not only was she full of sh** but she had an attitude about it. Instead of arguing with her (what would be the point?) I said f*** it and just left. Sitting outside in the sun now just waiting on my Lyft and writing this
