Everything about my experience with Dollar was fantastic. From picking up the car in Oakland to returning it at a different location in Burbank, LA, everything went smoothly. The car was spotlessly clean and in perfect condition. I didn’t have to wait more than 15 minutes to get the car, which was a big plus. The company was fair in all their dealings, and the gentleman at the desk who handled the paperwork was extremely helpful and professional. This has been my best car rental experience so far!

Terrible customer service. Had to wait (currently still waiting) 20 mins for the car. Person at the desk for some reason can walkie the workers to get cars available. very Unorganized. Workers more concerned about talking to friends and being in phones than people waiting for cars.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Customer service is terrible. People just sit around doing nothing while you wait for an hour to get your car.

I was stranded without a car 4/2 just after 11pm. Was looking for help to try to get a rental. A man and lady behind the counter were so grim and rude, explaining they were closed. Didn’t even listen to me. Awful employees.

They requested my insurance information for damage without any explanation. I used Dollar rent car 3 weeks ago, I sear there was no accident or even small scratches. I received receipt after I returned car. It was clean, of course the damage was not from me. Don’t recommend Dollar rent car because they could ask your responsibility even if you didn’t make after few weeks later.How can I understand? I returned 3 weeks ago, and received claim email today. Who knows the damage was made by me or after I return?

I keep forgetting how horrible it is to rent from dollar. Third city I have rented. Always the same excuse. I have been waiting over an hour. They have no one working. They always say the cars are being washed. Never again. Shame on me for try them again. Don't take reservations if you don't have enough cars!!

Either the credit card reader at this location is compromised or someone is stealing customer information. I used a brand new cc at this location and within 48 hrs I started receiving fraud alerts from PayPal. The card was associated with two accounts for people I have never heard of. Then BOF blocked a transaction in Australia. If you started receiving fraud alerts after visiting this location, it was 100% stolen from here. Anyone who has rented a car from here since November should start monitoring your transactions if you haven't received any alerts.

The booth for dollar is closed. They sent us to AlamoWhWho saidWe haveTo go downTo go down to go down stairs. We went downstairs and the booth was closed. It set us back up to second floor. Where we found out thrifty was handling both.

Reaching Burbank rental cars and the people working at the counters there will keep sending you to the next counter. And you wait in the line all over again.

Super easy in and out at this smaller airport. It does take some walking to go across the street from the terminal to get to the rental car center ramp. Be aware of that.

This is a criminal enterprise. They have you pay for cars in advance and then not have cars. Never again. Also the person at the desk was rude and combative.
