I don't even know where to begin with how much I enjoy coming to this salon! I have been coming to this salon for about three years now but it feels like more because when I walk in the doors to this charming salon I feel like I'm visiting family. Amy and Carmen greet you with coffee and cookies. We sit and chat about life and family. Oh, yeah and I love my hair! Amy always takes care to not over cut or damage my hair when we are doing any sort of color correction. So many times at other salons when you get a process color they use harsh bleaches and damage the hair. Amy is sooo careful! I'm so grateful to have been referred by my past coworker! Not only did I get the gift of a wonderfully talented hair stylist I feel like I gained a friend. Thank you, ladies! You're the best!

Exceptionally friendly! I got the best advice while getting my nails done and you can see their love and care for every customer that walks in. They also gave me a 10% discount for my first visit.

Karmen is the best! I love her haircuts so much that this is the 4th Salon I have followed her to. This place is the nicest of all of them. I've been a fan for over 15 years. Keep up the great work!

I called Amorous in the late afternoon and they were able to get me in for an appointment first thing in the morning the following day. The owner did a great job and is a very friendly and sweet person.

My husband was tired of hearing me complain about hairdressers giving me weird colors and hair styles. He looked up board certified colorists in the state of California and Tamara's name popped up first. I've now been a client of hers for over 14 years. I walk in. Tell her to give me the latest look that will keep me looking young, and after every appointment, i always receive hair compliments from both friends and strangers. She's 5 stars for sure!

I had been going to another stylist for many years before she became unable to work any longer. I was reluctant to find a new one, and had let my hair go ragged for almost a year until I found Alyssa B at D'Arte by using a Groupon. I have long hair and she did a really nice balayage and cut. I'm safely hooked. I have found my new stylist and I'll be returning to D'Arte for all my cut and colors!

This isn't a review for the whole salon, just Alyssa B. I bought a Groupon and scheduled my appointment with no problem. She was busy from all of her new Groupon fulfillments so she couldn't get me in for three weeks, which I understood. A few hours before my appointment, the receptionist called me and cancelled my appointment. She was very apologetic and said Alyssa would contact me ASAP to reschedule my appointment and that she would work her schedule around me to get me in since she cancelled on me. I understand that these things happen and was disappointed but I understood that maybe she was sick or having an emergency. Alyssa did text me the next day asking for my availability. I sent her several different options of days and times in the very near future that I could do. A day went by and I didn't hear from her. I texted her again to check in. Another day went by and no response. I again texted, still being very polite and giving her the benefit of the doubt... maybe she really did have a family emergency. My texts went ignored again. I could see that she had read them because of the time stamp on my iPhone but she still didn't respond. After a week I finally just called the salon to ask what was going on. They had no explanation of why she didn't contact me so I guess the family emergency theory is out. They weren't able to get me in for 2 months, either! I made the appointment but then contacted Alyssa one more time asking if she would get me in sooner or I would cancel my appointment. She did not respond! I was able to get Groupon credit for the amount I spent on this Groupon ($100) and put that towards someone who will actually respond to their clients. This is not the way you treat a client, especially a new one that could potentially become a permanent one. I would have understood had she texted me back at all explaining that she had some kind of emergency and would get back to me when she could but she totally ignored me. I don't want someone this unprofessional doing my hair anyway and cancelled my appointment. Buyer beware!

This was my first experience doing Balayage and as a college student, I wanted to make sure that I had a low maintenance new hairdo. I got a Groupon with Karina and immediately got an appointment. The front desk was super nice and explained the whole treatment to me. At the appointment, I met with Karina who was just the sweetest person! She truly understood what I wanted to do with my hair. It came out absolutely GORGEOUS! Let me say it again, GORGEOUS! She spent so much time making sure that the color was perfect and listened to me when I mentioned that I just wanted a simple split end cut. I've never gotten so many compliments on my hair, even from random strangers! Trust Karina, she will make your hair incredible again!

I met Alyssa B through a Groupon. I had never used a Groupon for a Salon so I was hesitant. I was alittle early for my appointment and she was finishing with a client. She acknowledged me and offered to help myself to coffee or tea. Alyssa was very pleasant and she calmed my fears of trying a new stylist. I showed her what I wanted and she was able to execute to the tee. I was so happy. I would return to Alyssa in the future. I have received so many compliments on my new do. Thank you Alyssa B.

I was reading good reviews on groupon for Alyssa so decided make a appointment and try , she is so great very friendly and nice and very good listener, i'm very picky person and try a lot different famous salon but wasn't happy with result on end, she is very young but know her job perfect, im very happy with her job and will back to her with or without groupon, thx Alyssa
