This review is about the one minute clinic. I wasted an hour traveling to this CVS because their one- minute clinic has a particular vaccine. I uploaded all information they requested including my insurance info, as they requested. When I got to the clinic, they said they only take PPO and I would have to pay out of pocket if I want the vaccine. Dude, if you requested my insurance info and have it stored in the system for the entire week. You should have checked and let me know you don't accept HMO. Incompetence!

As a repeated and more seasoned customer, I have not always had the best experiences with this pharmacy but appreciated their understanding and accommodation later on. They are probably overworked or stressed due to amount of patients, but I get the impression they are just sincerely trying their best to get through the day and help those they can. Thank you.

So we had a problem trying to get our passport pictures over at the CVS on Hollywood Way in Burbank, California and this wonderful front desk assistant named Juan Garcia took his time to help us and figure out how to get it done. He was very polite and apologetic for how long it took. It's nice to see some great employees still exist. Great job.

When it comes to convenience CVS Pharmacy has got you covered! This pharmacy is open 24 hours, making it a reliable and easily accessible option for all your medication needs. Whether it's late at night or early in the morning, you can count on this CVS Pharmacy to be there for you. One of the great things about this pharmacy is their ample staff availability. No matter what time you visit, you'll find a team of dedicated professionals ready to assist you. The staff members at CVS Pharmacy are known for their efficiency and dedication to providing excellent service to their customers. However, it's important to note that while the staff is efficient, obtaining certain medications may require patience. Over-the-counter medicines might not always be readily available, and sometimes a short wait may be necessary to obtain them. But rest assured, the staff members will do everything they can to ensure you receive your medication as quickly as possible. Despite any potential wait, the overall convenience and efficiency of CVS Pharmacy make it a top choice for many. Their 24-hour operating hours and commitment to excellent customer service give peace of mind to those in need of medication, no matter the time of day. So next time you find yourself in need of prescription or over-the-counter medication, consider visiting CVS Pharmacy. With their convenient hours, ample staff, and commitment to providing efficient service, you'll surely have a positive experience.

Before today i would have rated this CVS fairly highly. Today i called to make sure a prescription sent in much earlier could start to be filled so i could pick it up - as i have done several times before - After FINALLY getting through the most USELESS Computerized Phone service that was made PURELY to waste your time to discourage you from calling in, I finally got in one Pharmacists who was unbelievably rude. He lied and did not look up my records or help at all.and just tried to get me off the phone. This then creates more work for myself and my health providor, because my prescription is already there! Now i have to call them, get them involved and then they have to re-call and create MORE work for this CVS Pharmacy! Help your customers!

This only for retail inventory and retail experience. Good deals and helpful employee came over when I was doing self-check out.Fortunately people employees exist as just using automated self checkout could be a better nightmare of issues for locations. Many larger retailers are already removing self checkouts due to lawsuits.Yet sometimes the customer service skill of live people is so bad the business is run to the ground. With all that being said thanks for helpful employee 1-4-23 around 10:43pm. The receipt alone doesn’t give this info just has “self check out”. Add a button that says DID A REAL PERSON NEED HELP WITH TRANSACTION!

Very good experience at the Minute clinic at this location. We came 5 mins before closing with my daughter complaining about ear pain and they took time to diagnose her completely and prescribed her medicine. The doctor were very nice and took their time to go complete check up on her.

This is one of the worst pharmacy I’ve dealt with. Went to pick up a medication and the person who helped me was rude and said the medication was rejected and would not be filled. I had to go to the other line and wait. They told me the prescription was being prepared that the other person should have seen it on the system. Then suddenly, they tell me oh, the prescription was cancelled by you. I let them know I was on the other line about 10 minutes ago and never said anything because they told me it was rejected and would not be filled. Then they had to submit the prescription again and they said would now be another 20 minutes or so wait. The pharmacist could have given priority as it was just one prescription that wouldn’t take long to fill. I am going to be switching to another CVS pharmacy and recommend others to do so too.

Please consider going to a real urgent care. My partner and I both were exposed to a family member with strep. We both got appointments at the same time, I went here, and she went to an urgent care in echo park. She, with less symptoms than I have was prescribed penicillin. As a preventative because her rapid test was negative. But cvs, with its disheveled, disorganized, “providers”, can’t prescribe antibiotics without a positive test. It’s super early, so I didn’t test positive yet either. Waste of time. They just kept saying it’s their policy.I suggest you go to a real doctor, at a real urgent care. Not some retail healthcare money grab.

Came to pick up prescriptions. Once arrived, I was told it would be 15-20 minutes. No problem, waited 20, got back in line. Finally got to front again. Was told the same thing, 20 more minutes.Busy? I get it. Give realistic estimates.Clean store so 2 stars instead of 1.

The pharmacist with black hair, brown eyes, Jones, I think his name, has absolutely no manners. He is rude and arrogant! There was a mistake on his end, and he was trying to point fingers, blame shift instead of helping. They misspelled my last name, and he said, "Why didn't you check it?" Saying it was my fault. The computers are behind the counter, behind protective glass, not visible/rotated towards the customer. The man has no logic. Extremely rude and unprofessional. He talks down to a pharmacy technician in front of all the customers. Understaffed, bad performance. Extremely slow everything! All the people in line are complaining.

The one and only reason I use this pharmacy is because they are open 24 hours. I have used the minute clinic before, and they are fine. But the pharmacy sucks.
