My wife was so impressed this week the the service she got from one of the representatives at CVS on N Hollywood Way in Burbank. Her name was Pascale Peguero. My wife came home raving about how kind and knowledgable she was and how she helped her find what she wanted. She actually sent a considerable time with her. Pascale really knows her stuff!

I would give 0 stars if could. My friend was having an allergic reaction and they all took their sweet time. They were out of stock on Benadryl.

The team members and product availability at this location never disappoint. Every visit (over 20 years) to this location has always been a positive experience.

Massive CVS, Has the urgent care/minute clinic available, ear piercing station (never seen one of these before) and endless aisles of everything you can imagine

I went to the Minute Clinic to get the Varicella Vaccine and then I went to the Pharmacy to receive the Tdap Vaccine.
The Minute Clinic is very nice. This was my first time seeing and visiting a Minute Clinic. This CVS Pharmacy also has an enclosed area where they give you the Vaccines.

Dina work at CVS in LA Jolla is appreciated greatly by me. I always look for her and her fellow work mates let me know if she is on break or working at a different time of I don't see her when I come into the store.

After 10PM this CVS sounds an extremely obnoxious & loud alarm for anyone walking IN and walking OUT of the building... mind you this is my neighborhood CVS, and it's in a nice area. Usually it's a nice visit to the store, but every 10 seconds the entire building gets to hear a screeching alarm. How sad for the guests, but ultimately even worse for the employees and pharmacy staff. Good ol Burbank prison shop. SMH. Do better management.

I went on website to transfer meds from another pharmacy/city as instructed. I received an error, so I called and spoke to a pharmacist about it. He said he’d call the other pharmacy. One week later I still hadn’t gotten my meds transferred. I call this morning, and a lady acted like she couldn’t do it that I had to call the other pharmacy and have them transfer the medication to them. I asked her why did their website ask if you wanted to transfer from another pharmacy? Why doesn’t it say it can’t transfer from another pharmacy? Why did the man pharmacist spend thirty minutes writing down my medications? Sounds to me like someone didn’t want to do her job or this pharmacy has a messed up way to transfer medication. My pet peeve is incompetent/lazy people.

Sadly spoke to someone from the pharmacy, and he was extremely rude. I wish I caught his name, but I had to hang up because I was crying from how upset I was. He was so rude and would not let me talk. Zero respect!! I don’t recommend this place at all! I hope they can make it better and treat people right

They didn't have my medication, and that's totally fine. But the guy on the pickup counter directed me to talk to the asian guy at the drop-off counter to ask what other cvs had my medication. The asian guy then directed me to a different cvs. I specifically asked him if they need to call the other cvs or should they print out my prescription so I can show the other cvs. He said no, nothing is required. I went to the other cvs, and there they told me that the cvs which has the prescription sent by the urgent care, needs to call them and they didn't give me the meds I needed. And now, when I look at my prescription order online for cvs, it says no current orders for me. This cvs is a scam and a waste of time, don't come here for the pharmacy.

This review is about the one minute clinic. I wasted an hour traveling to this CVS because their one- minute clinic has a particular vaccine. I uploaded all information they requested including my insurance info, as they requested. When I got to the clinic, they said they only take PPO and I would have to pay out of pocket if I want the vaccine. Dude, if you requested my insurance info and have it stored in the system for the entire week. You should have checked and let me know you don't accept HMO. Incompetence!

As a repeated and more seasoned customer, I have not always had the best experiences with this pharmacy but appreciated their understanding and accommodation later on. They are probably overworked or stressed due to amount of patients, but I get the impression they are just sincerely trying their best to get through the day and help those they can. Thank you.
