I like the pharmacy staff, but the rest of the staff at the store are not very friendly, I went in today to pickup from the pharmacy and after that, I walked around the store just to see what snacks they had, I caught two different people behind me watching me and following me the whole time until I left the store, the last one followed me all the way to the door and tried to run ahead of me like trying to catch me stealing something lol, all I had in my hands was my wallet, phone and the medication I'd picked up from their pharmacy. He didn't even try to be discreet, he just ran next to me and got ahead all the way to the door to see what I had in my hands. I guess I didn't dress up to go to cvs to pickup medication and maybe get some snacks..or they are indeed discriminating. Either way, shame on you cvs, train your loss prevention staff so they know how to do their work properly instead of just embarrasing customers who are actually bringing profit to your store.
Rude and very unprofessional.

I stood and watched somebody go through 4 feet of a receipt pulling off their coupons while I was waiting for somebody to help me purchase a bandage because I was pouring blood because I fell after being out of the hospital, but I had to wait till this lady went through all of her coupons, which was really stupid

This pharmacy use to be so good. I don’t know what happened with management and employment. But the pharmacy side doesn’t run smooth at all like it use to. They lied to me multiple times they would hold my prescription now a week later they said they don’t know what I am talking about and that it’s back ordered. U think it’s repulsive that any pharmacy to any degree would twist words and promises to people in need of care. This sadly is an issue across the American medical industrial complex.

I live in Arleta California and i go to This store for all my shopping at CVS they have the best customer service. Every one is with smile.. the store manager she is very nice thanks to her I downloaded the app and now everything is easier for me ...

Loved it! This store was so much fun. I found everything I needed! Everything! Earlier I had gone to target and literally found nothing of what I needed, but it was all here at CVS and affordable and the people that work here were super nice. I’m just so happy. I’m happy all the way home with all the stuff I got.

This CVS is consistently poorly stocked, and most items are behind barriers with no one on the floor available to unlock the barriers.

I just love CVS. Every time I go inside there is just so calm everyone so friendly I always find what I need and if I don’t, there’s always someone greeting me help me out. I just think CVS for being so polite to others.

I sometimes come in here just before work to do some light shopping and to sometimes buy snacks, and the staff here are always very kind and helpful.

I'm writing as I've been on hold for over 50 minutes. When I finally got someone in the pharmacy she apologized and said they only have two people working. The last thing I want to do is deal with this understaffed store. Shame on CVS. Maybe they should pay people more to attract more workers.
