Not sure what is going on at this pharmacy but the staff are RUDE ( VARTAN and his manager ASYQ) … and very slow. It takes at least 30 mins to pick up your meds at the drive through line if you are LUCKY… otherwise It takes longer than that depending on how many cars are in the line.

This pharmacy is horrible, the staff has zero customer service skills. I originally went through drive thru at 12:30pm and the guy behind the window closed because it was lunchtime and to return at 1:00pm REALLY.
I returned at 1:20pm only for a pharmacist with fake long blonde hair and fake eye flashes to tell me my perception was not ready and to return in 30 mins because she was going to her lunch. I told her the prescription was submitted twice. She said it wasn't and walked away. We called urgent care to submit the prescription the CVS on Hollywood way and with in less than 10 minutes I had my medication.

If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. I'm disabled so that is why I have chosen a pharmacy with a drive-thru. Today I went to pick up my meds and they had put a shade on the window stating the drive-thru is closed and to go inside. I can't do that. Also they try to purposely change my prescription from brand name to generic. I had my doctor send them a notification that they aren't supposed to change that med to generic. Now suddenly my prescription for the brand name has completely been removed from their computer and they want to give me generic. I really hate this location now but not sure Walgreens would be any better.

Pharmacy is usually very busy and always understaffed. Despite this Ive always had the staff do the best job imaginable given their situation. In three years I think I've only had one or two rude people which is amazing for a corporate pharmacy and semi understandable given the fast paced environment

This CVS is always so nicely organized every time I stop by. I had to get some photos printed and this store was one of the very few that I could go to and I was pleasantly surprised! Thank you to Angela who helped me at the register and recommended me some ice breakers sour candies on my way out. Haha!

The pharmacy gave me the wrong prescription so I had my doctor fax them the correct prescription. I talked to four different employees about six times and ended up waiting over an hour to get them to fill the updated prescription and every step of the process was a nightmare. I repeatedly told them that the doctor faxed them but no one wanted to check the fax machine. Lo and behold the prescription had been sitting there for a while. Everyone I spoke to was impatient, unhelpful, and rude and on top of all that the prescription costs 6 times more than my previous pharmacy. Needless to say, I'll be looking for a new pharmacy.

Called for my father prescription and john answer he was extrenly rude and actually cut me off when trying to explain. My father just came out of surjery and needed pain medication and practacally didnt care and said 2 hours will be ready. Absolutly no professionalism. If you can go to another cvs this one is horrible Just HORRIBLE. They cake for ever and john should be working somewhere else.

The service is horrible! I repeatedly had problems getting my prescription. I would go 2 or 3 weeks without my medication. No calls or updates from the pharmacy. I had to keep calling to find out what was going on. I had to switch pharmacies and got my medication same day with no problems. Why am I getting the same exact medication from another pharmacy with no problems but it's taking up to 3 weeks at CVS. Terrible.

This pharmacy is beyond useless , no answer for 20 mins on hold calling from a doctors office . Then when they do answer they have an attitude. Go to a mom and pop pharmacy these guys are terrible

I do not recommend this pharmacy. They are disorganized and chaotic. Other locations in Burbank offer better customer service.
