I had an appointment at 10:45a (the shop opens at 10a) and I am still here at 12:45p to pick up my car. Not only that but everyone here is rude on top of it. Completely unprofessional!

Waited a week after ordering my tires here and never received a call that they had come in so I had to call in myself. I tried making an appointment online but saw that the closest open time wasn’t for two weeks. I decided it would be better to go in before they opened on a Saturday as a walk in. As I watched the employees work on each car I understood why the wait times are so long. The employees have no sense of urgency or care about the customer. At first I thought it was because they were understaffed and felt bad for them but after watching them hang out with each other and casually replace one tire every 30 minutes I quickly realized that wasn’t the case. This place needs better management. I won’t be coming back.

Made an appt. Took about an hour and a half. They replace specific tires, ie, on the back.

Money saved can be lot less to none if you account for the time spent in various queues. I'm sure most technicians are good, but I felt Costco did not show any sense of urgency. Cost should adjust resources to keep wait times less than 2 hours imo. Also Costco designed the tire center in such a spot that there is constant foot traffic and traffic jam from people accessing the warehouse but getting in tire center's way.

Unfortunately I've never had a good experience here. Wait times are horrendous, which would be okay if the staff weren't so short in manner and rude. They do not treat you with respect here and they are extremely disorganized. I've wasted so many hours of my life here and experienced so much stress from this location. Go to the Los Feliz location instead!

The Yelp description is currently incorrect. Costco doesn't offer wheel alignment according to staff at the Costco Tire Center. "No Costco offers alignment" was what I was told.

Came here to get a tire rotation for my tires that were still under warranty and was denied. The tires were bought on my dad’s account but he died 2 years ago and I’m on a new account now. I gave them all of the info of the old transaction when the tires were originally bought and they still couldn’t help me because they “couldn’t find my car in the system.” They keep track of cars by license plate instead of VIN which makes no sense because people change license plates sometimes. Rudy was not helpful at all.

They do not answer phone calls for specific departments and leave you on hold until they forget or you just get frustrated enough to hang up. I understand it’s busy and I didn’t want to call in the first place, but I cannot check for the specific item online it has to be by phone call according to the website.

Good news, bad news today. The Michelins I needed were on sale and in-stock. Normally I would be able to purchase them online and schedule an appointment. Unfortunately the tires were not online this week, so out to Burbank I went. Luckily they were not busy this Tuesday morning and they installed them in 1 hr. which is very quick. I left happy. Within a couple of hours, the tire sensor lights went on and I returned to get those installed. Another 2 hrs. for that. Apparently it's one of those things that can happen when getting new tires. Oh well, at least the car is safer to drive. All the staff were very nice and helpful.
