This place is a such a contrast to CVS or Rite aid. You can get a real person on the phone quickly, and they call you if they have questions about insurance or prescriptions, etc. Jonathan is great and he even printed out some of my previous receipts from months back so I could get a manufacturer's rebate. There are other helpful staff but I can't remember the names right now, even one who asked how my migraines were doing. The only drawback is having to deal with the Costco parking lot, but for the pharmacy, it's worth it.

I have had numerous issues with poor communication with this pharmacy. Majority of my refills have been either incorrect, inconsistent on price or more often are told they're ready and I arrive to hear it will need to be ordered and come back in 2 hours or 2 days. I've spoken to the RX staff and they pretty much just say "sorry" and move on. Today my doctor sent in an RX for 20 pills. They will only fill 9 (what they have in stock) but won't provide the additional 11 when available. So I'm to pay a copay for only half of what my dr said needed and then won't be able to refill cause 20 would last more than 9 days. So why would I do that? When asked I was basically told "sorry, it's all I can do". That makes zero medical sense. They are the worst staff of a pharmacy techs (although polite, zero help to those they service). Do better Costco Burbank. Note: I've had great success at other costco pharmacies, but this is closest to where I moved and seems to have a very lackadaisical view on helping people.

I'm giving Costco pharmacy five stars for being so helpful. My crappy insurance that I have has these mystery pharmacies so when my insurance didn't cover my prescription at Walgreens, I called Costco and they graciously call the Walgreens and got all of the information to fill my prescription. Online it said my copay would be 87 cents but it was $10 but that's not Costco's fault that's my crappy insurance. They even texted me when the prescription was ready and had it filled within an hour. Highly recommend great service friendly workers fast response. Thanks to the Costco employees for going above and beyond to help me get my prescription filled!

A have been here several times over the years for my family and my pets' medications. Today I was waiting for new tires to be put on and decided to get a Covid-19 booster. The pharmacist had me fill out paperwork, show my insurance card and reviewed my digital vaccination record. The pharmacist was ready within 10 minutes and the vaccination was quick and painless.

Pharmacy tech named Johnathan answered my call. No Greetings when he picked up my call & same when finishing the call. Guy sounds like a robot?. He's unfriendly, rude and extremely unprofessional. Hope upper management gives him a test call to confirm.

Terrible, very unorganized. None of the employees direct patients to where they should be in line so you wait in one line then they send you to a different line and make you wait again.

This was my second trip to this specific Costco Pharmacy. I needed a flu shot and a COVID booster. I went early on a Saturday morning and was happy to find I was the only patient at that time. The two employees who helped me at the first window were very nice. They answered my questions about doing both shots on the same day, and advised me as to the availability of the various inoculations.The women who rang me up and gave me my paperwork after the shots were also very friendly and efficient. The nurse who administered the shots was very fast, and professional. I barely felt either shot. This was the fastest and easiest way to stay current on my inoculations. That all five of the employees I interacted with were so nice was a pure bonus! Thank you for your help and kindness!

The Costco interior is great, but it is always an effort to find a parking spot. I think in the future they might need to put in a parking garage here. The place inside is clean, the cashiers are also nice. They have a great variety of foods and goods at great prices. I like that they sell organic produce. The cashiers work hard and they are fast too. I get gas here too. Although the lines are longer since the gasoline prices went up, I don't mind. Just plan to wait 10-20 minutes to save a few dollars if it's worth it to you. It's also hit or miss with the employees out there. They have all been very nice, whenever I've interacted with them. This morning I was really surprised when one of them (short man with brown hair) made a comment about a woman in a van, implying that she was a bad driver. She was just stopped for a while talking to someone. No one was behind her waiting. I guess some of those employees have nothing better to do out there.

The gas station here is tricky to access since you have to find the entrance from the side street. There weren't any signs directing to where it is; upon entering the Costco parking lot. The street entrance is just right after a busy traffic intersection on Burbank Blvd so the cars lining up here create a major traffic jam. Unfortunately, they didn't have any Sodastream in stock for me to purchase. Instead they directed me to another Costco or purchase online. I guess not all Costcos carry it in store.

God bless all this Costco employees! My mom lost her wallet with all her savings in one of the shopping cars and we went back to see if was still there and we has luck that it was! The night manager Emely is the most kind and sweet in charge person I ever met, she help us a lot and of course the best employee Aaron that was the honest one who return it to lost and found! The security man was so nice to us too, everybody was pending We thank you guys for the help, we will be eternally grateful!

Me and my bro just wanted to buy the AMC gift card only for them to decline us because we looked "suspicious", probably because of the color of our skin. I don't recommend a place that doesn't allow service because of the way we looked, it's 2023 man...
