Employees are friendly but they are stupid. Most of them are terrible at their jobs. This place is a joke and a money grab. It’s a shame we can’t get away from them. I can see now why these idiots spent a ton of our money o. A new building and a ton of bullet proof glass!

this website is absolutely horrible.. i have changed my password 7+ times just to still not be able to log in.. i call them and they aren’t able to fix it.. it’s horrible needs to be fixed asap.. outrageous people need stuff to get done to be able to work and we can’t even do them..

Good god, if you thought the DMV was bad, think again. This place is worse. Two months ago, I submitted my application to be considered for the industry roster and still haven't heard anything. I have tried to follow up countless times via phone, e-mail, so on and so forth. Today alone, I was on hold for a total of about 40 mins, only to get a message telling me to "call back later." I've also left messages for pretty much every individual worker there and I'm firmly starting to believe these people just get paid to sit around all day while the phone rings. Their complete disregard for communication in this day and age is absolutely appalling. I guess I'll just have to go there in person...again. Why do I have a feeling they just won't come to the desk?
