We went to just go test drive the 2024 EV Blazer and the salesman Elijah got us into the EV Blazer at a great deal. Made it really easy and didn’t take long at all. Customer service was superb! Go see Community Chevys lineup they have great choices of cars & trucks on the lot.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and waited for my truck. After less than 2 hours my truck was brought out, I waited about 15 minutes and didn't recieve a text that it was ready. I went to the payment desk and was told my order hadn't been closed out and to sit back down and wait. Came back 15 minutes later after still not hearing back. The lady at the payment desk went to check with the advisors, it turned out my advisor went on lunch and my paperwork was just sitting there to be closed out. Finally over an hour from when my truck was brought out I was able to pay, the advisor finally happened to come back from lunch. Ridiculous that the other advisor couldn't just take care of my paperwork. I've come for service several times in the past and this was the worst experience.

Their Repair service is terrible they never answer your call and they give late appointments with extra hustles not helpful at all

Very friendly and helpful staff. Arabo at sales department helped me to purchase my third car from them. I always bring my cars to service at this dealer and Jose makes sure they offer a speedy and smooth service. The waiting area is clean and they offer verity of coffee selections and water. 5 out of 5 dealership

Great experience as always here at Community Chevrolet. My traverse was having issues, i called Carlos as he has always been my service advisor and he quickly told me to take the vehicle in and he got a technician to work on it quick. This dealership is far from home but the customer service from Carlos has always been great so i will continue to go to that dealership. Thanks again Carlos you’re great.

I am shocked that I'm actually writing a positive review for a car dealership's service department, but here we are. I had a stubborn issue with my car that several other mechanics had been unable to fix but Community Chevrolet finally solved the mystery and got everything taken care of....with only two days left in my warranty! Not only did they finally fix the problem (I wasn't crazy!), but the entire process was actually pleasant. Dropping off the car was easy and low-pressure (and the porter even knew how to drive stick). The service adviser was very communicative and put up with my frequent status update requests (thank you, Jose!). And they managed to successfully negotiate with my stubborn extended warranty company to make sure everything was covered. I'm glad I found this hidden gem. Thank you!

As far as we know, they were competent for a tire rotation and changing the air filters. I had to ask or the coupon discount. And I had to drive back to get the point credits applied. They did apply it. I shouldn't have to ask for the coupons I receive and the point discounts. I love the car.

My wife and I experience was very pleasant, unlike other dealerships we've been to. Our salesman Matthew was very courteous, professional and most important patient with us! Even other team members there were willing to help us out, Daniel in particular...we thought that was nice to see. Thank you all for your help, we really like our new vehicle and will definitely recommend Community Chevrolet to all!!

So rude personal
I brought the car with a problem, a week later I picked it up with the same problem, when asked why you give me documents where it says you didn’t find any errors, while the car is not in working condition, they told me if you don’t like it, you can return it for inspection, but we will also answer that everything works, I was told I need to drive a little so that the battery would take a charge, I drove to Vegas and back 500 miles and it didn’t work, and the workers replied, go to Africa and back, it might work, of course it’s very rude, it wasn’t a joke!
While driving on the highway, the screen stopped working, the speed sign was lost, and I just have to guess the speed and drive, and the service gave me documents that they found nothing!!

This is the third time I decide to go to this Community Chevrolet, every time I've been here the service to my car is okay but I feel that I can get a better costumer service or better attitude from the team. Carlos Valdez is rude and has horrible way to communicate the company policy and liability rules. I normally don't like to give bad reviews because we all have bad days but every time I come here he's rude and seems to be doing me a favor. I've been very clear with what I need for my car and he sounds like my dad giving me a lecture.
Really bad experience.
