Very friendly and helpful staff. Arabo at sales department helped me to purchase my third car from them. As far as we know, they were competent for a tire rotation and changing the air filters. I had to ask or the coupon discount. And I had to drive back to get the point credits applied. They did apply it. I shouldn't have to ask for the coupons I receive and the point discounts. I love the car.
