Called the Pasadena store last week to see fit they have a part I needed; said they didn't but the Burbank store has 95 pieces of it. I called Burbank yesterday to make sure it was there, was told they didn't have it and this part would be a "special order". I called Pasadena back to check on this and the helpful gentleman I spoke to at that location called this Burbank location back, and after he pressed them they confirmed that the Burbank location did have 95 pieces of this part. So I went to the Burbank store and the maskless salesperson at the counter insisted they don't have the part - told him I just called ahead to make sure. Another employee overhead what was going on, so maskless guy at counter told her "this boy" (I'm 41) wants to know if we have this part; she said they did and he just smiled and said "I don't have that part". I replied, "Oh, you PERSONALLY don't have that part, that makes sense" - and here I thought I was going to City Electric Burbank, not Maskless Employee With Tons Of Attitude And Limited Professional Knowledge At Counter, Burbank. So the other employee, also without a mask, pulled the box from a "dusty corner" of the store and I bought the 2 pieces I needed. So, if you want tons of unnecessary attitude with an unwillingness to perform the basics of their job from employees who are unable to abide by current city & state regulations ensuring the safety of customers during a global pandemic, City Electric Burbank is the store for you.
