Hi there, how are you doing? First al all. I have do business over 7 years to this chevron location in Burbank, Ca 600 N Hollywood way, I was putting gas in my car. Las 3 times I need to use the bathroom attendant says the bathroom is out of service I told her if the bath is always as this way. I have no longer business with this company, it is time to move on where gas company really welcome as customer 0ne star that's enough. Thanks chevron company.

The rudest gas station workers I've ever encountered. My card was stuck in the machine at the pump and I asked for help. I had to go inside to pay once they got it out and they were speaking Armenian and laughing . I pretended to play dumb and ask what language they spoke . My ex husband was Persian Armenian so I understood everything from learning . Rude, racist clerks . Never going here even if I have to travel for gas .

the owner is very rude, he didn't like that 2 Mirais were waiting for the hydrogen maintenance to finish fixing a problem and said they were blocking his regular gas pumps (only 2 other people pumped gas during that time). if you don't like when people wait at a gas station to FUEL UP like everyone else then don't have a hydrogen station..

Place is horrible, always crowded. Some skinny crackhead looking guy is always there, just staring at you. What a wiredo. He will not let anyone use the restroom

We went to this Chevron three times. Every time we add gas and purchase food, but they always use the same excuse to refuse us to use their restroom. Out of order, is it true that their restroom is always out of order or not???

I put in my AmEx card at the pump- said see cashier. Cashier said card declined. Hm. Called AmEx-they said no issue here- their issue. Something wrong on their end. Bonus points/ as I was leaving, a man said- oh those clear AmEx cards are no good, susceptible to fraud. Me- Thank you so much for man splaining!

Called the number on the yelp website right here and the boy continued to creepily ask me out after I said I wasn't interested and taken. I'm not sure if this phone number is correct for this business but it made me very uncomfortable. He commented on my "sexy voice" and all I was asking for was information on the hydrogen fueling stations.

Whoever was at the cashier was very rude. Seemed to be the owner. It was late night and we parked in a marked rectangle that we thought was a parking spot. We soon realized it wasn’t. As soon as we walked into the convenience store he yelled at us and asked us if that was our car and told us to either find parking, get gas or leave. But the thing is there was no other marked parking spot. We told him we would be quick (we needed to buy a charging cable), but he angrily yelled at us again to just leave. So we left.He could have told us nicely that it even if was a marked rectangle that looked like a parking slot, it was not and that we would have to relocate our car for safety reasons or restrictions or whatever.That guy was scary and I’m never going back there again.

Here's a good comment for a gas station: "This gas station is always my go-to spot for fueling up. The staff is friendly, the prices are competitive, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. I appreciate the convenience of being able to grab a quick snack or drink while I fill up my tank. Overall, a great experience every time."

DO NOT COME HERE!!! This CHEVRON and wonder SUCK-ASS...As an Uber/Lyft driver, I stopped here to purchase gas and a drink and of course use the facilities after driving from Disneyland area. I asked to use the bathroom and I was denied and used the same excuse everyone else uses "it's broken" This is a fairly remodeled Chevron and the bathroom is broken? I told them straight to their face I am taking my business elsewhere and you guys suck! I don't even want to give them one star, more like negative-Star.
