This place sucks! Tried to get gas at two different pumps and according to the cashier the pumps went down And she did not offer to help me at all. It took any reward points I was trying to apply to the already ridiculous prices and ended up leaving me with no reward points and no one help! Steer clear if you can ??

The slowest gas station in Burbank. 10 minutes to pump 15 gallons. What a dump.

I don't know what the deal with particular Chevron but this place always sucks. The workers are the most unfriendly miserable people on the planet and are always rude and moody with poor company policies. They must only hire unhappy people there! The only reason why I continue to try to go there once in a while is because I like Chevron gasoline... I find myself going out of my way to avoid Chevron altogether and go somewhere else because of their poor customer service and rude attitudes. Hassling you over using the tire pressure machine even after filling up your tank of gas, I've heard them argue with customers on several occasions and they don't take any hundred dollar bills to fill up your tank! What??! Never heard of a gas station doing that before and their excuse was they don't have enough change on hand to give people money back for hundred dollar bills. The smug kid cashier acted like he was being bothered by something that is so standard and excepted anywhere else. I will go out of my way to give other gas stations my business

If u want to get ripped off with the false advertisement this is the place to go. They refuse to give Receipts when asked for one. As well as the pricing on the shelfs and price u pay are different.

No more Javed, no more David, no more Hanan. Looks like there is new owners but they shut down everyday for a certain amount of time. Before it was always open for business. Now a few times or more everyday they close their doors for a short while. We don't want to wait. We like the way it was operating before. What happened. I tried to get gas this morning and they wouldn't let me pay for gas. Stupid! They had 2 people inside trying to figure something out. They need to be open 24 hours like they say. Now the new people have bad customer service. Why do you think I remember the others names. Because they had great customer service. This new ownership is lame. Go a block away to United oil or mobile.

Was very worried because my I got an alert for low tire pressure. About to drive home on the freeway for 30 minutes. David, attendant behind the counter, was incredibly rude in letting me know that he will not let me pump air into my tires without a buying gas or making some sort of purchase. He said he's worked there for 17 years. Not sure how these type of people keep jobs. He seems very immature for his age. Avoid this business if you can help it.

Open 24-7, big benefit. But the store is super tiny! Don't expect to stock up on anything here! The workers I have met have all been kind. Especially the late night guy who bikes to work everyday! This is my Chevron of choice as it is conveniently located and easy to maneuver in and out of. The prices are mid range.

Employees are extremely nice and friendly!! They made sure the bathroom was clean before I went in there, and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Made the stop on our 9 hour drive an enjoyable one.

I like the guy who often works here. The one with the mustache. My only grievance is the polarity of the lot; either you're on the Glenoaks entrance-side or the Olive side, and you cannot find your way to the other without driving past a pump. So, when the station is crowded it's easy to feel trapped while waiting.
