Great customer service always there to take care of business. When you go inside you feel welcome and would love to get go inside and not having to be a chore but if you need to go inside it's a pleasure to go inside.

The specialist I talked to was friendly but he ordered my card with the wrong name on it. Now customer service isn't able to verify my identity. Super annoying.

The worst customer service ever ! I tried to cash my check in the morning, no one in line but they kept telling me what they could not do and i felt really discriminated against. They kept pointing things out on the check as if it was a fraud situation, i kept asking questions about their process but the teller lori wouldn't even run the check or do her due diligence to verify the check. Then the manager Katrin buniatyan comes over and tells me to get the "fuck" out of her branch. I had to ask her again what did u say? Then she said it again but bleeped her cus word this ! So unprofessional this branch is extremely discriminatory towards people of color! Chase you need to hire better people , hire people that actually want to help not pore their own bigoted views on customers.

I never write reviews - never, I believe I have written 2 in my lifetime. Yet today, I must. I have been a for-profit/nonprofit executive for 30 years, collaborating with a wide range of leadership - diverse in their experience, education, and styles. I have had the privilege of mentoring/training 100's of business leaders at various stages of their development. I only share this experience to put my comments in context. The branch manager at Chase Bank on Magnolia Blvd., in Burbank demonstrates one of the worst characteristics a leader can - apathy - she offers no concern, no interest, .... clearly no enthusiasm in serving the interests of her institution, staff, or clients. Maybe there is a better Chase Branch - and just maybe Chase Bank has become so strong they no longer feel they need to concern themselves with their customer's experiences. Given the many alternatives available to me, I will be looking elsewhere. For what it's worth.

Let me state I am not a member of this bank and I never will be! If you want to go to a bank we're employees treat you bad! This is it! Had to talk to them about some phony business transaction they wouldnt hear me out! Thank god I bank somewhere else!

Horrible branch!!! Very disorganized and rude employees. The woman I dealt with was dismissive & acted like she was doing me a favor by speaking with me. Customers are viewed as transactions, not human beings. Totally incompetent. I would never go back in there. So disappointed as this used to be my branch & they were great. After seeing some other reviews, I see that I am not the only one who has had a bad experience. I need to open a checking account with Chase again, but it will not be in this branch.

Cathy-your branch manager is absolutely horrid! Imagine speaking to an elderly woman (my aunt!) who lost her keys with the most disgusting tone. My Aunt was absolutely freaking out because she lost my keys-her car was in the shop. She called two customers after my aunt and that's where Cathy's investigation stopped. She CAN but did not request footage from security. She told my aunt 'I will not be doing you anymore favors' when my aunt said she was going to file a police report. Chase you need to RECORD YOUR CONVERSATIONS FROM YOUR PHONE LINES! She has a horrible attitude-a branch manager should be welcoming, kind, helpful-you found yourself the OPPOSITE!

I went to cash some savings bonds and it was a somewhat lengthy process but the staff worked diligently and thanked me for my patience. They knew what they were doing and were very professional and friendly! I will definitely be returning to this branch for any future banking needs!

My father was a very loyal customer of this bank until he passed. We went in hoping to establish an existing trust and close his account. First, they claimed they didn't have 50,000 on hand and it would take 48 hours to get it. This is a huge RED FLAG to any potential customer. They then called back and refused to cash the check they themselves issued bc we were not clients there (right, we just closed my deceased fathers long term account. ) I wouldn't use Chase if it were my last and only option. So disappointed. Would never recommend to anyone who asks. Lastly, this branch has a phone system they NEVER answer that does not take messages. Super helpful. Just what people are looking for in a bank.

OK, somebody compromised my debit card. The joke is on them because I really don't have any money but I went into the bank today and Robert was unbelievably informative, resourceful and attentive to making sure all problems were resolved. I had a question about something else and Nick was able to answer that as well and I left the bank today feeling secure that what money I have is being tken care of and handled. All securities and matters to help me receive a new debit card and clear up any of the fraudulent charges was taken care of. It's good to know you're in safe hands with Chase.

Branch manager Taleen is an amazing help to the Krikorian family and has provided excellent service to our family for years. Due to this we do all our banking at this specific Chase location.

This year I discovered myself Chase and pretty much most branches I went, customer service was top notch. I now have couple businesses and personal accounts. Their online banking and security can not be beat. I typically work with Alex, the personal banker, and he is such a nice guy. He's always super quick with my inquiries or transactions. And yes when Bank of America upsets me, I walk over to Chase. It's a 3 min walk :)

It's a very rare occasion that u actually walk into a bank these days. It's good to see great customer service ago exists! Greeted with a friendly hello at the door. Walked right up to the window. Got smiles and friendly customer service in a flash. I'm glad to be a long time customer of CHASE. Free ample parking. ATM located in front of bank. Grab a lollipop on your way out.

The man who was helping me was being very weird with me he made me feel uncomfortable... he tried making up some bs about a new policy and didn't want to help me and then said he'll just help me like 4 minutes later after being on his computer and me telling him I never have this problem in my city..??? I was getting frustrated and he made a line build up for no reason than wanting to be a dick. Never coming back here.

Very pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness and helpfulness of Robert Chiranian. I came in on my lunch break and was approached quickly and asked if I needed help. He assisted me to the best of his ability and I was on my way promptly! Definitely would recommend Robert.
