Horrible customer service. I show up at my appointment time for my daughters savings account appointment and no one was available to help. I asked a worker if we can have some assistance with getting our appointment started and she looked at me and continued her conversation with another worker. So disrespectful.

An hr before closing wanted to open an account in a completely empty bank and I can't be helped. I tried calling before hand and no one answered. Garbage

Understaffed. One teller, and four closed windows. After waiting eight minutes while a foul-mouthed client is busy showing the teller photos on her phone, I went over to a Private Client employee to ask if they could open a second window. The guy gives me an eye-roll and says, "Just wait in line, sir. It's gonna be a few minutes more." The teller, Kristine, could not have cared less. Never going there again.

Useless! I opened a dispute Online. I lost the dispute, without being ask for supporting documents. I called told them I have supporting documents, I only have two options: fax the documents or go to a branch!!! What??!? So I can pay with my phone but can't submit documents electronically?? How were you guys doing it when you were shut down?? Now I'm at this branch! Waiting on 1 banker that has not acknowledged my presence. I'm standing there for over 10 mins. Invisible. Then I try closing my account. They tell me I can't because of the dispute. I'm done with Chase.

Honestly, I am not sure about the bad reviews here, perhaps they haven't worked with Michael, who has been really patient and helpful every time I visit this branch. I was in yesterday and there was a large line because an employee was on break, and a nice woman came and helped out the best she could and apologized for the wait. And it wasn't a bad wait at all!

I'm not sure what's going on with Chase these days but their customer service has gone down the toilet. Not only are the tellers rather rude at this location, but I was charged a fee for a one-time printout of checks. I feel discriminated against because I'm not Armenian and the teller was. I say this because I've been with Chase for 15+ years and have never been charged a fee for this service. My friend who also goes to this location (and happens to be Armenian) just got a sheet of checks yesterday and was NOT charged. I even asked if I could have a one time fee waiver and she rudely said no. I'll be closing my account and going to Bank of America.

I was traveling from San Francisco area to Southern California for the weekend and stopped in at this branch. I had left my credit card here before closing and they called me while I was on the road so I called them back the next morning to schedule a pick up so I drove an hour out to go pick it up and when I came in THEY DIDN'T HAVE MY CARD! I worked for Chase for 3 years and I have NEVER seen a branch miscommunicate like that. The fact that they thrive on customer service and they did not follow through pisses me off. I wasted 2 hours of driving just to come to the branch for NOTHING. The fact that they scheduled for me to come in and pick it up and did not have it is really upsetting. That is HORRIBLE service and I'm embarrassed that I used to work for them with that type of service! DO NOT COME TO THIS BRANCH because they CAN NOT communicate at all and they waste people's time!!!! SMH!

HORRIBLE SERVICE from ANGIE ISLAS. To keep it brief, I went into this location to get some checks reprinted that I previously *paid* for a couple days back at Chase. I explained to Angie that their bank was at fault because of visible printing issues on my temp checks. She gave me the HARDEST time during my visit there. I felt HASSLED by having to wait and even had to go to great lengths to prove to her the ISSUE that I had was even valid. NO ONE should have to go through what I did. -Is this how Chase treat their loyal customers?? In all, Basic Customer Service was not Angie's priority. I had to ask her for her name because she wasn't wearing a name tag. Her appearance and energy wasn't cohesive with her other colleagues/ branch's which all motivated me to write this review and consider banking someplace else.

Now THIS Chase bank rocks. After my horrible Toluca Lake xp I called this branch. "Come on in anytime today -- we have 2 notaries, no problem." In and out in 15 minutes. Thank you, Harry!

Went to this branch at 9:00am this morning. One teller. There was a employee who was only assisting someone with the new machine. I needed to cash a check. I waited for 20 minutes I asked if the woman assisting with the machine can help me and the response was she had no teller experience!!! Bad management when you can't or won't train your staff to multitask !! Happiness will be seeing this branch close as there is a Chase bank on just about every corner. Customer service is not a priority at this branch

Can I leave zero stars? Negative ten? Closing accounts for no reason. Holding checks- small ones issued by THEM-- for two weeks. When you want to cash a check, even issued by them-- they charge you-- varying fees depending on the bank branch. Crooked, awful, terrible, undependable, untrustworthy. Buy a coffee can. Or stick it under your mattress. JUST DO NOT TRUST CHASE.
