Im officially looking into switching banks. It's just one thing after another. Today's issue: they don't know how to pick up the d**n phone. HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND! SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. It's really not all that convenient, in fact, they make it impossible to reach them short of walking in the building. Even then, all the bankers are basically useless and don't know what's going on which I find wild.

The Olive Avenue Chase branch is excellent! The manager is so kind and always goes out of her way to say hello to me and ask if she can assist me. The other tellers are kind & extremely helpful. The outside & inside ATM’s have always worked well when I am there which is once a week, as I’m a business owner. I give this location a 10/10!

Chase is the worst bank. They were given a certified death certificate and notarized trust document that legally shows my sister and I as successor co-trustees. Chase says the trust document must show we can act independently. We just want to close the account. Chase is illegally refusing to release the funds in a check payable to the trust. They refuse to put anything in writing or let me speak to anyone in their legal department or upper management. Chase does not care about their customers!!!!

I was robbed outside of this bank after withdrawing funds from the teller. After looking online I saw that it was a very common occurrence at banks in the Burbank area and police had issued warnings. Having not been from the area, I didn’t know this, and wish that the bank had done more to ensure safety or at least gave a verbal warning before I left the bank.

Steals your money ATMs available at this location. Chase's customer service is Sh*t on the spot am being advised to call, after calling and waiting for the automated voice to stop yapping, the message states they're closed. Called this morning over an hour on the phone with "cust service" to get absolutely nowhere. Not even partial credit because why? Who knows, but a number of excuses were regurgitated.

So I just received my Inflation Relief debit card with $350 on it. The letter it came with states it can be used at any ATM or bank to withdraw funds. Imagine my shock then when Chase, my bank of nearly 20 years, charged me $1.25 to withdraw the funds and deposit into my account. I think this is potentially illegal behavior by Chase or at the very least super nefarious. If in Los Angeles alone there's say several hundred thousand recipients of this stimulus, Chase just made a million dollars on fees associated with cashing out the relief funds. I don't think I can support greed like that. It's evil.

Drive thru isn't answered. I'd rather not go into the bank at this time. Should mark it closed if you're not going to respond. I was waiting there for ten minutes and not once did anyone say anything.

The lack of service at this bank is unacceptable. They never answer the phone and seldom check their emails, therefore to get any information you need to go in and hope someone is available to assist you. I dealt with the manager, Evelyn Claros, and requested a medallion guaranteed for some paperwork and she told me what I needed to get one. I did everything she requested and stopped back in the following week and she gave me different information and said what I supplied was not valid. Her lack of assistance, communication and knowledge regarding the process was staggering and this was coming from management. I've had poor experiences in the past with Chase Bank, therefore after this experience I am now done with them.

Passive aggressive assistant supervisor that said she couldn’t answer their phone because they were “too busy” and made zero attempt to resolve the situation where one of their employees gave incorrect information regarding notary services. This reinforces why in person bank services are ineffective and dying.
