I love Central Pak N Mail. I have been using the service for so long. They are one of the best mailbox stores in the Burbank area. As an Instagram influencer I have all my packages delivered here; all accounted for and safe. When traveling, mail and packages are NOT things I worry about. I love this mailbox store.

Amazing Mailbox very clean neat open on time. The lady is Very helpful and very friendly . The mailbox is on a convenient main street at this mailbox You can find easy parking.

Wish I had started using this place years ago. The owner, Janelle, is awesome. She consistently goes above and beyond. Such a gem! My daughter gets mad if I go to get our packages without her ? Honestly, one of the 'small-town-feel' businesses that makes Burbank such a special place in the vastness of Los Angeles.

First things first this business is so convenient and well worth it. I stopped by just to price a mailbox and I left with a key. Compare to every other mailbox services this is the best place. Janel is such a wonderful person and she’s doing amazing at running her company. Whenever I go inside she’s always speaking to her customers and I tend to stay to converse as well it’s a strong sense of community. She’s professional and she connects with her customers. If I could have it my way I will be a customer of here’s forever. If you’re in the market for a mailbox go check her out you will not regret it.

Janel was super friendly and helpful with getting my mail box! I'm new to California from Connecticut (big move) and I had no idea how anything worked here. She was also super helpful with me getting my digital mail set up, and send packages back home to my awesome friends and neighbors!

Janel is super friendly and helpful! I had to close my postal box because the hours of operation our during my working hours. She helped to ensure that I submitted the proper forms and notified me of mail that had come after closing down the account. Highly recommend her service if you are in need!!

Had to ship off two packages I sold on eBay so decided to try a local place rather than going to a chain. I really only needed some packing supplies but I was in and out within 5 minutes. The employee was very helpful and personable and helped me out perfectly. Got my packages ready and took them to pass off to USPS. I don't ship big packages all that often but definitely coming back here whenever I need to.

This is the place to choose for service you can depend on and TRUST. I have been a customer there for over 15 years and have had my businesses and personal items delivered here and forwarded when I needed them. Janel is not only the most efficient and dependable person you could ever meet, but she is also the kindest. She remembers all of her mailbox clients and treats everyone like they are her only client. The store is very well kept and she offers all mail services and everything you might need. I HIGHLY recommend .
