I stayed here on a Saturday night over President's Weekend... It was jam packed with a huge dance competition happening as well as our soccer team and plenty of other guests... So much that many rooms were not ready by the 4pm check-in time. That was a bummer but we made the most of it. Lucky for us, our room was ready upon our arrival. It had a bit of a stench to it, but we weren't going to complain as we were grateful to have a room at all. The bed was comfortable and while a bit outdated, the hotel had everything you would expect and more from a Marriott by the airport... There are two onsite restaurants and plenty in walking distance too. We had drinks and food from E.D.B. (Eat, Drink, Be) and were super impressed with the atmosphere there including live music and fire pits. While the food was good, it took a really long time (over an hour and 15 mins). If you are wanting to stay super close (ie: right across the street) from the Burbank Airport, this hotel is ideal... I'm sure we'll be back considering the room rates and location.

Stayed here for about a week while we visited a friend. While the staff was really nice and that makes a huge difference , there seemed to be a lot of things that were outdated compared to most Marriott hotels I've been to. Well first of all, we were put in a room that had a broken AC. This AC system was old enough that the maintenance guy who came to fix it said that he hadn't seen something like that in a long. Temp was 85 . I'm talking a box next to the bed old . They changed us to a room with a working unit but then we couldn't find remotes for the living room TV. Fine we got them .. But then we went to take a shower and the drains were partly clogged and would fill up the tub I've been to a lot of Marriott's and this one needs some love into it. Even the concierge lounge was bland. The meal was spaghetti with cold meatballs and no parm . They looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for cheese.

I absolutely love this hotel. The daily grill is phenomenal. The outside grill is phenomenal and the front desk really takes care of you.

Stayed here for a convention recently the front desk employee Kai went above and beyond and was so sweet and helpful. All the other hotel staff were friendly and super helpful as well! Would definitely recommend to people looking for a hotel in burbank!

I had a great experience at the hotel. My daughter was recently diagnosed with a chronic illness and this was the first time we were traveling together. Tyler at the front desk was so amazingly understanding and helpful in accommodating our special needs and supporting me in making sure we were all set. I appreciate you! Also a shout out to Oscar- we were dealing with a medical set back and he was helping me find what I needed at the hotel and even googling things to support. Deep gratitude to you!

Our stay in thesuite with a lovely view was delightful. The serene surroundings created a peaceful atmosphere, enhancing our experience. Thoughtful gifts from the staff made us smile. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was enjoyable, and the pool added to the pleasant setting for relaxation. Overall, the suite, gifts, restaurant, and pool contributed to a satisfying experience, offering a nice getaway that allowed us to unwind and create fond memories.

I love the fitness center and got my workout done! The room was nice and I had a view of the mountains. The pool is refreshing. I like the location since I flew out of the Burbank airport early in the morning. It's easy and clean. You don't need a key for the elevator which is great!!

I stay at this hotel a lot. As a titanium elite member, there are certain amenities you look for in a hotel. The concierge lounge here has gone completely downhill. The morning breakfast is good and the service is excellent. The evening is a different story. The food is very slim pickens and the alcohol is either out or extremely expensive. There is nothing complementary about the evening receptions. They need to fix this.

Great location, literally right across the street from the Burbank airport too. Odd thing is while in the hotel we did not hear one plane fly overhead (only when we were outside the hotel). Plenty of places to eat around the hotel (fast food but still options like Panda, Del Taco, etc.) The Marriott is also within a short drive to the local parks and shops. There was a convention going on during our stay and we were surprised how well run everything was. The staff was friendly and got through all guests in a timely manner, the elevators were quick (for being as crowded as it was we barely ever had to wait which is odd for a crowded hotel). We checked in fairly late Saturday night, around 8:30PM. Alex welcomed us at check-in and got us situated right away. He was super nice and helpful and gave us the run down of the lounge and the hotel in general. Parking was easy and plentiful too. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite (two queen beds and a pull out in the second room). The bedroom was spacious and bathroom was nice as well. The living room area was nice, and there was a little table with some chairs in case you wanted to work or eat. Once we pulled out the sofa bed space got a little tight around the dresser and TV but it wasn't too bad for short term. We also had access to the lounge which was nice. Rolling in late we were able to grab a water and snacks (they had cheese, crackers, fruit, chips, and some cereal bars). The lounge is open 24/7 and has a variety of coffee/tea, sodas, water and snacks. We missed the evening goodies and desserts but the snacks were good. The breakfast was also decent (pancakes, sausage, assorted pastries, fresh oatmeal, etc.). Great hotel and staff, location is central whether your flying out or heading to Universal you are close to everything. Rate for Saturday-Sunday was $230 (including parking) which was comparable to hotels further from where we were heading Sunday. Would definitely stay here again.

The person working at the front entrance was kind enough to let me wait in the lobby even though I wasn't staying a night there. They even offered me bottled water which I gladly accepted. I would definitely like to stay in this hotel if I ever needed somewhere to stay in the area.

Stayed on Nov. 8th, 2023 for a single night and found a live bedbug on my bed in the morning. I trapped the bug and brought it down to the front desk and gave it to the manager on duty. They did not seem concerned and refused to refund my nights' stay. After talking with the hotel management, my event planner (we had an on-site meeting at the property) and corporate Marriott, no one is willing to a) acknowledge that there was a bedbug in my room and b) compensate me for having bedbugs in my room. The service at this hotel was awful based on this experience. See attached photo of the bedbug.

Attended an annual conference here and was impressed by the staff, cleanliness and location. Located near the Burbank Airport, this location makes for a convenient stay. There is a lot of parking that is overpriced but if you're lucky, parking might be free if the gate is open. There are plenty of conference rooms of varying sizes but be warned that the walls are fairly thin (which is usually the case for any hotel). The staff kept the coffee, tea and treats replenished and were friendly. Pastries in the morning, lunch was chicken cordon bleu with green beans and baby potatoes. The exterior has some seating areas and space to walk around if you get cabin fever.

This hotel was is nice and conveniently located close to the Burbank airport. It is walking distance to a Starbucks, a few fast food restaurants, and a Denny's. The room was clean and large enough but a little dated. There is one restaurant with a bar and one outdoor bar that has a limited menu with the food coming from the main restaurant. Prices for entrees for breakfast range from $15-20. Lunch/dinner entrees range from $15-30. There s also a small bar/kiosk off of the lobby. I could never figure out the hours for this bar. Sometimes it was open early before the main restaurant and then would close sporadically during the day and then be open later in the evening. The fitness center is located in the adjacent tower and open 24 hours. It has two rooms. One dedicated to cardio machines and another with free weights and weight machines. There is a cooler with bottles of water that appeared to be free of charge. The checkin process was easy at the front desk. However, on their app you can start the checkin process and tell them your specific arrival time. A digital key is supposed to be available so that you can skip the front desk and go straight to your room. I followed all the directions on the app 4 hours in advance of my arrival and the digital key did not become available until 36 hours after I arrived. In addition, there was no TV remote in the room and I had to ask them twice to get one. The bathtub drain seemed clogged. It drained very slowly. All the staff was friendly. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Solid 4. I was booked here through work and have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Check in was easy and the route to the elevator is clear. I stayed in room 618. The shower pressure was decent and draining is a little slow. One bed room with tv, mini fridge and small coffee machine. The gym is pretty impressive with updated cardio and strength machines. The pools look decent. I don't think they have complimentary breakfast but they do have a small starbucks in the building. I like the location, close to a lot of amenities. I walked to the towne center which was about 30-40 mins. Costco , walmart, target, ulta, nordstroms rack. I would deff stay here again.
