Can someone please explain to me why Louise M was on his phone while ringing us out today? He didn't ask us how we were doing or offer boxes... He just continued to talk to somebody on his phone asking where they're at.. I pay for a membership to come here, the least the staff can do is say hello.

Terrible customer service at this Costco Branch. The employee named Chris was rude and condescending. We have been shopping there for the past 3years and this has been our worst experience. Please do not shop at this branch . Very disappointing!!

- I had a disappointing experience at the Costco tire shop in Burbank with Levi Gomez. The customer service was subpar, as my car sat untouched for almost two hours, and Gomez was incredibly rude to me and several other customers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment.

Really rude cashiers and staff. You have to present your membership multiple times in the checkout line (it seems it is always for myself and other people in my demographic and not other people) and they try to upsell your membership in line. A very negative shopping experience.

I think the Burbank Costco is the largest in size of all the Costco in the LA area. I try to go close to the opening time on the weekends but the parking lot is always full upon arrival. I figure there are less traffic on the weekends since most are not commuting for work. You can save money from buying in bulk & see what are the promotional sale items. Being a single bachelor, I don't need to buy food in bulk. Their produce offerings are of not of great value as I can get good prices from my local markets. I stock up on toilet papers, paper towels & their coconut water when a Costco trip is planned. I was told Tues & Wed mornings are the least busy during the week so will try next time to see if it is true. Love their easy return policy but hate the long checkout lines. As far as parking, it is all about luck!

I am a fan of Costco. Overall everyone is super kind and helpful. The 2 negative for the marina del Rey location is that the printer seems to always be broken. I needed to get my id and have not been able too. Also there is never any employees by the snack at so getting food without your card is practically impossible. There should be an option to input my id number manually. I did download the app but sometimes your phone can be out of battery and you are just stuck.

I love Costco. I haven't been here since November so I took my sweet time today to see what new products they have and also to stock up on essential. Today I saw this mandarin tree for $129.99 potted in a beautiful white pot. No need to replant, you can keep it in here in your patio or front yard. So lovely. We already ate half of the fruit once I got home. So juicy and sweet. Only at Costco you will find something so amazing at a reasonable price. Love it

This is the first Costco I've been to where parking is a huge problem. Customers will steal anyone's parking, it seems like the thing to do at this Burbank location. They argue, cuss each other out, and are very aggressive, and confrontational. I wouldn't go back to this location. Someone was trying to steal my parking, so I left it for another, and the car the person tried to steal never left, ha-ha! Corporate needs to do something about the parking.

A few days ago, I went to Costco for some items. They had a pizza roll sample so I tried it and it was pretty good.I was in a hurry and I chose to buy a pack of the pizza rolls.A worker rushed to me when I picked up the pizza roll and said that the on I got was expired, but it wasn't going to expire until next year. She got a different one for me.I after I left, I noticed that the box of pizza rolls was open and one of the bags was already opened. And some of them looked like someone bit them.

9/10 times I come here it's for the gas station. Generally speaking it looks worse than it is, meaning the line is long but it usually moves at a steady pace. Less than half the time I go the line will be stalled. It of course depends when you're going, at what time. But what you can almost always guarantee is if you're coming off the Burbank Blvd bridge the line is almost always backed up into the intersection. It's annoying. You need better traffic control at the entrances to the gas station. Sometimes there are cones and other times none, and when there are cones the flow is better. You need better control for the exit toward Victory Pl as well. I'd say 3 times in my many years coming here I've seen employees pumping gas into cars that aren't turned off. It's just sorta weird. Once I was concerned enough that I mentioned it in an ancient Yelp review and I was told basically I'm wrong and the car just appeared turned on. Well it wasn't. Your gas employees are dingbats. No one with any smarts wants to be there so you can't expect anything. Another time a tire shop behind Costco on Victory Pl was having a BBQ roaring about 20 feet away. Just really bizarre, like you guys are trying to blow up?? To get inside the store, I can't recall the last time I parked in the frontal area of the store. I almost always have to park around the side where the tire shop is. As for the inside of the store, which I don't go into often because I can't generally afford it, is very clean. I've never had any sort of issues. You basically can get a really good deal on anything you want. I often notice the liquor prices, which are equal or lesser to your average chain store. So that's nice and that's about how it all works. Equal or lesser price but larger size. I'll continue to be a customer. To get in and out of this place feels like a quick trip to Disneyland. It's really annoying to get inside, you have to park far and walk far, then there's hot dogs and pizza before you get to the main attraction. You go on a wild ride and you come out generally satisfied and then you trek back to the car where there's 89 milllion other people trying to come in and out at the same time as you. 25 years ago I don't remember it being as crazy. I definitely agree with the parking garage idea, and those do not come at a cheap price.

My mother and grandmother had a very bad experience here. A very rude and off putting "gentleman" got in my mother's face after said man kept talking to my grandmother in Spanish (a language she doesn't speak) and my mother politely telling him " oh, she doesn't speak Spanish" this man replied " I don't care" twice, he then got in my mothers face and refused to call over his manager. Don't know what Costco has become anymore.

Costco is always an excellent place to pick up groceries, household items, cleaning supplies, etc. Check out the various Gift Cards for California Pizza Kitchen, Macaroni Grill, Mortons, etc. Twice a year, Costco offers CPK gift Cards $69.99 for 2 $50 each for a total value of $100! That's the best deal. Whenever that happens, i buy $500 worth for $349.95! What a deal! Also, i like that no matter how busy or how many people standing in line to check out, Costco is so fast! You can get out of there within minutes! I was there for Thanksgiving shopping and pucked up all my groceries, checked out and waited to be picked up in 20 minutes! Remember to buy Costco Gas!

This is my go-to Costco location and this location is way better than the Los Feliz location. The workers here are all super friendly and helpful. The parking situation can get a little nutty but nothing unexpected. I do like that the food court has touch screens to order. I came on Halloween to order 5 pizzas during lunch and there was quite a wait. I placed my order, went in to shop for last minute items, loaded my car, and then the pizza was ready. Some people were waiting for quite some time but since it was a holiday, I did expect the longer than average wait. The warehouse is generally well stocked and clean and has great variety of items. No complaints here!

I was shopping at Costco in Burbank. As I was ready to check out, I neatly organized my items in the cart with UPC code up for easier scanning by the cashier. - I had some pillows and clothes, which I hate to leave on the belt - it doesn't look too clean. I also placed some food items on the belt, and left two boxes of grapes in the cart - easy access, UPC code up. When I got to the cashier (#325, name Hilda,) she rudely snapped at me in a loud voice to take my items out of the cart. As I'm sure most people are aware, the cart at Costco goes on the side of the cashier, and the customer is standing on the opposite side. My cart was already blocked by the carts of the other customers in line behind me, and I pointed that out to the cashier. She became quite belligerent and ordered me verbatim: "Just say excuse me and get to your cart!" I asked to speak to a manager, Hilda turned to the cashier behind her and said: "Here is one!" The other cashier turned around and told me it is Costco's policy to have customers leave everything on the belt, because lately employees have been making mistakes and double-scanning items left in the cart. May I make a couple of suggestions to Costco: 1. If they're having issues with their cashiers double-scanning items, they should perhaps educate them regarding paying attention while at work 2. If indeed such is their policy (and I've been shopping at Costco for many years, without encountering such a problem), Costco should post it for customers to read, instead on counting on an employee with no people skills to rudely try to enforce it. If you think that's the end of it, you're in for a surprise, as I was when I paid and got to my car. Hilda had apparently removed my grapes from the cart (to comply with Costco's policy no doubt) and completely forgot to scan them and put them back - so I ended up with no grapes. Actually, considering her unacceptable behavior, I'm inclined to think she did it on purpose to teach me a lesson. I have to add that I shop at Costco as a private customer, not a business owner, about once a week, and this is the first time I had such humiliating and extremely unpleasant experience. This cashier should not be providing direct customer service.
