After years of being jerked around by H&R Block, I found C Davidson Tax after moving here and was so hopeful. I had no issue paying cash, over 300$, up front as a single mom hoping it would lead to a quicker return. Now, two months later, after FINALLY getting through to the IRS, I found out this "business" botched my return, the IRS says they just received it, and it will be 10 weeks at least. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I called and just got argued with, this place should be ashamed.

ABSOLUTE WORST TAX EXPERIENCE. I was introduced to this business, if you can call it such, through my girlfriend. They've been doing her and her familys taxes for 10 years. I was told that Caroline was amazing. At first everything seemed fine. We spoke over the phone and got my taxes in order. I thought "Wow, she really is amazing." Little did I know just how amazing. And in what context. Then came the big silence. Email after email with no response. Now I understand that in these troubling times busineses are doing there best. So I dared to call...This is when I met Rose. And let me tell you, it was a treat. I was spoken to as if I was the stupidest person alive. She was so exasperated that at one point she had to take a series of big breaths in order to continue doing HER JOB. If the tax game doesnt work maybe she could become a freak at a circus. You know the people that bite off animals heads and chew glass? I can see why these two work well together. It's like putting 50 people with down syndrome in the same room theres going to be a lot of commonalities. Let's fast forward to 3 MONTHS LATER. Countless emails from both my girlfriend and myself. Zero response. I finally received my tax documents though. And a week later a bill for $250. This bill had no payment method. Let the emails ensue...6 emails between my gf and myself and wouldn't you know it? No response. I know...insane...someone's tying to pay you for services rendered.Next week I'll most likely be sent to collections. So to wrap this up: if you're looking for a place to have your taxes done all while being treated like a mongoloid child who just s*** on the good towels you're in luck! Welcome to C. Davidson Tax. "Come on in and let our experts rub your face in hot, broken, piss covered ceramic shards! Well even do your taxes...if we feel like it!"
