Was pretty horrified by the conditions of the reptiles and birds in this place. I saw an injured hamster that I honestly think was dead. Extremely dirty. I will never go back here and am really disturbed by my experience.

I want to love it because there are so few amphibian and reptile stores. Unfortunately, I have not had good luck here. I have to track down help and then I get inaccurate info about the animals. Purchased 4 frogs and 3 of them died within a week. Frustrating that the employees don't really know much about the animals they are selling.

Bought two fabulous frogs, the staff was so helpful as we put together a whole environment. They are very happy and fun new pets. My daughter loves them and they are exactly what she wanted.

Ain't GOTTA TELL ME TWICE G!!! THIS COMPANY IS ? TRASH!I HIGHLY AND URGENTLY RECOMMEND ANYONE TO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PRIKZ!I JUST RECENTLY ORDERED A RED EYED TREE FROG WHICH WAS ALREADY SENT TO ME IN POOR HEALTH AND WAS DYING AND THE WORST PART ABOUT IT IS THEY MADE ME GO WAAAY OUT OF MY WAY TO PICK IT UP INSTEAD OF DELIVERING IT TO ME LIKE THE REST DO!!!COMPLETE VOID! THEY CLEARLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE ANIMALS NEITHER THE CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION!!!!!!!
