If you're looking for an honest and reliable garage that's been in business for awhile, then you found the right place, Burbank Rapid Lube! At first, I wasn't so sure about this place, but when you talk with Dro, you'll see why you found a good garage. I spoke with him about my car and things that need to be corrected, he discussed each thing in detail and estimated cost are reasonable for each fix! Even though I am a woman, he did not take advantage of me and explained each thing in detail! I will be back and I appreciate his honest business worth ethic! Thank you so much for a trustworthy garage!!

Getting Ready for a holiday road trip needed and needed oil change quick went to three other places that were super busy came to Burbank rapid lube and they took me in within minutes very good service fare prices honest people Highly recommend!

Joke of a "business" if you want to call it that. Don't care about business or service. Never open when you stop by or too busy. There is a reason they need to run coupons specials or they would be out or business, which would probably be better considering their work ethic and attitude. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Much more reputable places in Burbank that actually want and need people to support their small business.

This place is a bait and switch. They run coupons online for oil changes and then when you bring your car in, they say it will be $350, the coupon is not valid. I could take the car to the dealer for less than that. Save your time. This place has limited reviews for a reason. I repeat, DO NOT go to Burbank Rapid Lube.

I've been going to this mechanic on and off for 20 years. They're consistently professional and well priced. Only problem with honest and well priced mechanics is they tend to be busy! I definitely still recommend them.

Don't ever get a Smog Check for this place called Burbank Rapid Lube. The Owner is a Tall guy that scammed me. My Smog Checked passed the test and he fails me claiming my gas cap is failing the inspection. The Owner told me that if I don't purchase a brand new gas cap from him that he would fail my smog check test. I asked him if I can purchase a brand new gas cap from somewhere else and he said no because he would fail my smog test. He charged me $30 dollars for a brand new gas cap to pass the smog test inspection. Since the owner knew he couldn't make money off of me since I passed my smog test he scams me by failing my smog test in order to purchase a $30 dollar gas cap. This owner of Burbank Rapid Lube is a scammy and shady guy. I have had my car smog checked a few places in Burbank and No one has ever failed my car smog test over a gas cap.

This is still a nice business with good people. One of the few places places that actually does a lube job as well as oil and filter. Good for old cars, or older.

They have a good “special†on Castrol Synthetic blend oil change for 29.99. But you have to mention it or else they ring you up for much more. Certain other quotes they have given for different services were ridiculously high...I wouldn't say avoid the place altogether because their oil change special is pretty good. Go...but pay close attention or they may over charge you.

Pros: -You can get a full service oil change here with Castrol synthetic blend for $30 (5 quarts). This is a special deal that you can ask for and includes inspection and top off all fluids etc. - They have a loyalty card that gives you a free oil change or service after you buy so many of them. - The main guy "Dro" is pretty honest most of the time Cons: -The main guy "Dro" is slightly off and his repairs estimate on certain things is crazy high. -He may b******* you a little. - He doesn't seem as good with trucks.I feel that with cars he is reasonable enough. His diagnosis to repair my acura was correct and the pricing made sense. -You got to mention the $30 deal. I thought he would remember me since I been there a few times but apparently he did not a couple weeks later when I brought my truck so I got charged $45 for the oil change. He tried to tell me it was because it needed more than 5 quarts but that was not true. Whoops. Then he said it was because I didn't ask for the special and therefore it was my bad. True, I was wrong to assume and should not have swiped my card so soon. Then he told me it was going to be over $400 for the front and rear brakes on my Dodge Ram. Say what?! I expected to pay like that for my BMW but dude this is a dodge and its not like I needed new rotors or anything just brake pads. Best offer he would at least do the front for $180 but he already made me suspicious by then. So I skid out in the rain with my no-brakes truck to the auto zone and spent $45 for both front and rear brakes. I grabbed a case of beer for a buddy of mine who would help to put them in. Bam, new brakes on the Ram. Problem solved for $300 less. This is one of the only places around here that uses castrol oil so if you are picky about that, it's not a bad place for the basic quick oil change. You want a deal, just remember to mention it before they charge extra to your card. If you are a girl or look like a s****** you just might be bullshitted a little. Such is life. For any major services or repairs, I am skeptical and will probably continue to handle such things elsewhere.

I went here to get a test ran on my car. They quoted me for the test I signed it and thought okay that's not bad. When I came back to pick it up they said they did all this work on it without asking me and charged me an extra $280 on top on what I agreed on. I'm a young person and didn't realize it is illegal to do this so I paid thinking that it was what it was and I had to pay for the work. I will never use these guys again and I hope for your sake you don't either.
