818 Medical supply has been a life saver for our residents. Carlos has supplied wheelchairs for our residents and it is so wonderful that every time there is an issue, he is there to troubleshoot it. Not only that, he also facilitate getting new wheelchairs for some of our residents.

This place has more equipment variety and new owners now. The service they provide it's great. The ladies working there are so friendly. They go the extra mile in helping you with your needs and finding the right mobility device that your client needs. Great service and knowledgeable about their equipment.

I really appreciate the attention to detail and kindness at this wonderful business! I had been searching for a boot for my fractured foot and no one had this product and not only did they have it but they took a lot of time with fitting it and I already feel better! Thank you all so much! I highly recommend this business! I will always go here for all of my medical supply needs!

I was in a situation where I wasn't able to move and needed a wheelchair asap I called Burbank medical supply since I did hear from my dr that they're are the best in town and basically the city . I spoke to Carlos, he was helpful, caring , and very professional. He was able to help me on a personal level got me a chair in the meantime while my insurance was processing. Again the level of customer service is above the standard and they really help me out in a bad situation. Thank you Carlos for giving the wheelchair that I needed and good customer service. Nothing but 5 stars service.

This Company was OK Pre pandemic but now they make excuses!!! And leave patients hanging . They don't confirm appointments , cancel at the last minute and then blame the patients !!! Having worked them in the past I called them about manual wheelchair repairs and transitioning into a power chair . I was told that they would get back to me weeks later I hadn't heard from them only to find out that they had the parts for my wheelchair yet never called me to make an appointment. This week Carlos canceled two appointments back-to-back blaming it on his trifling unprofessional , unreliable technician although I understand it's not helpful to me because I need repairs to my manual wheelchair and I'm ready to transition to a power chair but these people don't have enough patient respect to show up! Carlos canceled on me two days in a row !! And they expect I'm supposed to be grateful when they say let's try for next week . Well today is May 4th and I called them in March to start the process so I'm done with Burbank medical and their trifling technician who shows up whenever he likes!! Therefore on a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a 1!!! And I am now off to find a medical supply company who will show up! Handle business! Repair my manual chair and assist me with getting a power chair!! It's unfortunate because these companies know that patients don't have many options so they feel like they can treat patients like trash and we're going to gleefully accept it. NOT!!

poor customer service... i bought a transfer board which is definitely overpriced. i took it anyways because i thought it can help but it doesnt help at all. i took it back for return only to be told that they do not accept returns... the worst part they only give you the copy of the credit card transaction which doesnt say "no returns" .. although on the front of their business it says "all equipment returns please go to the rear".. why they accept return for big equipment and not a small one... next time ... fine print please.."no return no exchange or all sales final" neither one posted... rude service. i definitely do not recommend this place. worst than buying online!
