They are fair, organized, and above all their work is impeccable! In just one week they repaired my car's body from a hit and run with ease. Incredible communication...and if you need to rent a car...Enterprise is a couple blocks away where you will receive top of the line help as well. Burbank Collision is the go-to car repair for me now. I am soooo glad I found them..

My car had several scrapes and scratches plus a minor dent that I wanted to fix while paying out of pocket. I got estimates both here and at another mostly 5 star (on Yelp) body shop in Burbank. This place quoted me an estimate that was about $4,800 less than the other one! Of course I chose this place, and I was definitely pleased with the work! Raffi and his team did a phenomenal job in both their customer service and the actual work done on the car. He really gave me the best and most reasonable deal that any logical person can ask for with the work that was done. Every scratch, scrape, and dent is gone and my car looks practically new. He even put a little touch-up paint on a nick that wasn't even part of the estimate. I highly recommend this body shop, especially if you're paying out of pocket. I can only hope that insurance companies mostly choose this auto body shop, too.

Great at communicating over phone, email, and in person; relatively fast turnaround time (needed some parts repaired on my front bumper), and reasonable pricing overall. Insurance would've cost more in the long run; glad they could accommodate my needs in an easy and honest manner.

Got an estimate and my information was sold to carfax related to the minimal damage on my car. I was have a hard time selling my car because of this was considered an accident attached to my VIN number. Please be careful obtaining an estimate from this company because they sell estimate information to third parties. The only estimate I received was from your shop and I did not submit a claim through the insurance. So by deduction the information came from your shop. The article you posted is from 2019. It's 2024, a lot can change in 5 years.

I went here to repair and repaint a nasty scratch on my door. Raffi gave me a fair and accurate quote for repair and stuck to it. His advice is trustworthy and valuable. He does not push you to do any work that he doesn't genuinely believe you need. The quality of the final product was excellent and I am very pleased. Thank you to Raffi and his team. I definitely recommend them!

I chose this shop since they were Suburu AND AAA approved. I have a 2022 Suburu WRX that was rear-ended. From inspection to delivery I have had a wonderful experience. The customer service was top notch and they let me know what was happening every step of the way. Best part was that they had my car ready ahead of schedule. They use Suburu parts which is important to me. The repair and touchup that was done made it so I can't tell there was ever an accident. Will definitely come back when I get the rear spoiler for my car.

A couple of weeks ago my daughter with a brand new license got into a little fender bender in our brand new Subaru Forester. There was damage to our right rear door and some of the trim near it. I looked to see where the nearest authorized Subaru body repair shop was and it was Burbank Collision Center. As a bonus, they're also AAA approved so we got a lifetime warranty on the repairs since they're our insurer. I just got the car back - a day ahead of schedule - and you'd never know anything had happened. They did an amazing job. They even washed the tires! The car looks showroom-ready. Raffi was very helpful and communication all along was great; we got text messages every couple of days to let us know how things were progressing. I once took our previous car to one of those body shops in NoHo and the quality of work wasn't even close. I could always tell. Hopefully you'll never need body work but if you do, I highly recommend Burbank Collision Center.

Took my Toyota in for a detached fender and in 10 minutes, my fender was reattached and a scuff rubbed out. NO CHARGE! Even tried to give the mechanic a tip but he refused!! BEST. SERVICE. EVER. Ten stars for sure!!

My Tesla got scratched on the front bumper when my son borrowed my car and said he would be VERY careful. We know how that ended. All good, I still love him. So I started looking for Body Shops since, thankfully, I don't have a Family Body Shop I go to. Went to Yelp and started my search. Picked Burbank Collision Center from their reviews and what people had to say about Raffi and Adrian. Took a total shot in the dark and was rewarded! Could not ask for a better business to deal with. Professional, Neat, Clean, Stuck to their word (means a lot these days), did Exceptional Work on my car and had it turned around a day earlier than promised. Holy Cow! When did that last happen to anyone reading this? I Highly recommend Raffi and his team for all your Body and Paint needs. Thanks Raffi!!!!!

Highly recommended. They had my car for three weeks and were very professional every step of the way. My insurance company initially referred me to another place first and they seemed pretty shady so I asked for an alternative, which turned out to be Burbank Collision. They went above and beyond in several ways - great service and most importantly my 9 year old car looked as good as it did when I first got it.

I have been taking my vehicles to BURBANK COLLISION for over 10 years now. RAFFI and Adrian are my favorite staff in there as they're always professional and helpful with their service. Not to mention their great friendly staff who are all top tier to their game when it comes to fixing your car. My car always comes out brand new every time I pick up my repaired cars from them. I strongly recommend them.

I came here after my bumper partially fell off on the freeway and i had to call AAA for help. They recommended this place for service on my car. i assumed I needed a new bumper and was worried about the cost, but thankfully, after an assessment by a very helpful man, they noticed that most of the screws were just missing and that it was easy fix! There was still some damaged to my bumper but all I wanted was for it to NOT fall off again. They added screws free of charge to my surprise. I started my morning very stressed and anxious, and felt a thousand times better after having come here. They were honest and helpful and I really needed it that day. Thank you so much!
