Been taking our dog for years. Really warms my heart how much they seem to care for him and he for the wonderful people who work there. I can't recommend them enough.

Horrible experience, I havent even brought my dog here and its been awful trying to set up a meet and greet. I was told that we could come by, then was told my reservation was cancled. They use a third party to answer their phone calls and schedule appointments. The person i spoke to has no idea about my reservation and wont give me answers. This has been a huge inconvenience as we had planned our day around this meet and greet. Now we dont even know if we should even show up. This has left a bad taste in my mouth and I'm hesitate to bring my dog here now.

I've been an employee there and loved how they cared and handled other people's pets. Due to personal reasons I couldn't work with them long enough but even today when I think about the wonderful time I had there, I dearly miss it. Your dogs are more than safe and cared for here and the quality of service and play area they provide, their prices are very reasonable. No one can ever go wrong with their decision of choosing Bow wow bungalow as their dog's next stay.

My small dog was boarding here for two 1-week sessions. It was good to be able to see my dog in their webcams during our vacation. There were different playgrounds for my dog to run around. The staff was friendly and caring.

My pup loves this place with all his heart. And it's one of the few places I've been where I honestly feel that everyone there really loves dogs and cares for them as if they were their own. I am so blessed to have found BWB and recommend them highly.

The staff was exceptionally helpful in accommodating my last-minute request to board my dog for two nights. We had a meet-and-greet on Thursday, and she boarded from Friday to Sunday. I highly recommend this place.

The staff was very friendly and took their time to answer questions. They had cameras in all the yards and I felt comfortable knowing my dog was safe and in good hands. I would highly recommend!

Cooper was a bit nervous and shy. Everyone was lovely and I appreciated there care of him. I think he was happy to be back with us. We will be bringing him there for a weekend stay.

Beautiful space with great indoor and outdoor options for the pups. I loved the meet and greet process. They really took the time to get to know my pup and it gave me confidence that she will be safe and around other well behaved dogs when she is there.

Oh my goodness this place completely exceeded my expectation! This was our first time leaving our family dog anywhere and we weren’t sure what to expect! We do schedule play dates with two other dogs she knows, but she wasn’t too well socialized around dogs outside of home which had us nervous! The lady that helped us out was such a sweetheart! Very understanding and reassuring! Our dog can be way too excited sometimes but they knew exactly how to make her experience great here! If you’re looking to check out a place, PLEASE try this place first! I assure you, you won’t regret it!
