Such a disappointing experience… zero customer service. Me and my kid walk in to buy swimsuits for summer and there is no restroom for customers to use.

We needed a yearly parking adventure hiking pass. I called around. Big 5 is the only place that had them. I went in and Pedro helped me out. They are quick and the line moved fast. They are fully stocked with sporting goods, reels, shoes and anything else needed for sports.
Pedro showed me options for the pass. I was going to get a day pass for 5.00. We are going to hike a lot more than 6 times this year. The yearly pass is 30.00.
I highly recommend Big 5 for the prices and variety of in stock options.

Probably the smallest big 5 ive been too. The 2 product I was looking for they seems to have been cleared off the shelf. ( work out gloves for men xl )

I haven't been inside this store for years, but I needed a few tennis balls so I was in the area, figured this place would be perfect for it. And it was, their selection is pretty good, I am not a pro, so I need something affordable and decent quality. Their sportswear could use more organization, I checked the merchandise since I'm looking for a hoodie for my husband, but I don't seem to find a thinner one with a zipper anywhere else, so not their fault. OK customer service, great parking lot, big and easy to access!
