Unfortunately, I forgot the owners name who helped me but he's very friendly and did a good job his assistant Heather was very nice and found us the battery we needed. I will go back again.

Needed batteries in my car key fab changed out and Jim and the team were amazing. Had me in and out in 10 min with an amazing friendly conversation. Friendly, both in person and on the phone... knowledgable, and welcoming. Great price. 5star review.

I went in to get a battery for my garage door. They charged $10 for it and since it was not a common size and I like to support small business, I bought it. I found it some months later a hardware store and it was 2 for $5. As much as I like to support small businesses, marking up a battery that is roughly $2.50 to $10 is dishonest.

Needed (4) heavy duty 6v batteries for an old lantern for a film shoot and this place was the first call and they had exactly what I needed. Very helpful and excellent inventory here. Completely satisfied

Needed 2 tiny batteries for my key fob. Paid $20 for them even though it cost $5 at target. I then realized i had these batteries at home and went back in about 10 min later to get a refund. Jim said as soon as I walked out the door he cant take a refund. I said you never told me this and its not written anywhere. He said it's written on the invoice. I said well you never gave me an invoice. Jim basically said ok and offered to only refund me $10 or $20 store credit. After talking a little longer he said he'll give me my money back but I cant ever come back and shop there again. I never disrespected or said anything bad to him. He was completely disrespectful and a terrible business owner. Who do you think you are offering only $10 back????? The place is also disgusting and old. No one ever shop here

Sooo hard not to give him 1-star, but I sooo want to support local businesses. I went to Battery Hut to get a special rechargeable battery. Jim did not have it in stock and said "come back Monday or Tuesday". Today I went back, walking in with another customer. Assisting that customer took 15 minutes (and counting). The store's other employee says "sorry...Jim will have to help you". 15 minutes later...Jim is still promising to help me "in a minute". Sir...I have 1 hour for lunch. I can't drive 10 minutes each way, wait 15 minutes and STILL not get helped. I had to go back to work. He seemed stunned that I would leave with buying from him. I so want to give my money to a small, local business, but you have to SERVICE THE SALE! Not to mention, his price was 40% more than I can get them online. I HATE to chose Amazon over a small business, but this was a bad experience. The guy's shop hasn't been updated since 1979. Dust a little and at least ATTEMPT to provide service as if the customer mattered.

I walked in with my little anxious puppy and they offered water and was really understanding and helpful. It took all of five minutes and I had a new battery for my keybob. To be honest it was a great little experience. I will make sure to come to them for all my battery needs. Great experience.

Bought mower batteries on Thurs; discovered batteries were not the problem on Fri; phoned on Sat about returning them; got a recording about being on the other line, so drove there - closed. Spoke to Jim on Monday - he claimed no returns were accepted because of COVID (not mentioned, nor on the receipt, nor made any sense). I've disputed the charge with my credit card company and totally believe the other deplorable reviews.

I just paid a visit to Battery Hut and I want everyone to know that my visit was just great. I had a special battery to replace and the gentleman who assisted me was very helpful and considerate, patient and professional. While he was assisting me he answered the phone and provided customer service as it should be. I have always been able to find the batteries I need and felt good about supporting a local business.
