Great place nice and clean and sooo many books to choose from. Only thing i didn't like was that the Starbucks inside didn't accept the giftcard i wanted to use since they are franchise.

Love to come here with the family. I like the layout of this Barnes and Nobles. We always check out the "Book Annex" section because they have some great deals there! As well as in general, they have great deals sometimes. I just got a couple of books in the "self care" genre, and both books together were less than $20. Also, in the kids section, pay close attention because some of their children's books will have stickers with a special sale. Never say no to a good deal on a book! I recently decided not to get a book, even though it was only $10, and I'm regretting it ever since! :( Thankfully, there will be other books. :)Cons: The vinyls are pretty pricey. But I try to remember this is a bookstore, not a music shop. :D

A pretty alright location, although a couple of the employees are a**holes. They approach me and start talking to me, casually, I might add, without me even asking for assistance as a customer/patron - something that definitely isn't anticipating my desires as a shopper there. That isn't "customer service". With one or two of those workers gone, fired - the place will be much more enjoyable, not even as a place looking for that, but it will improve the professional atmosphere drastically. While anticipating a customers needs, such as what they're looking for, is somewhat expected at a place, that isn't what happens here, what with the employees standing around, talking casually instead of doing their jobs. I wish I worked there sometimes - for I am professional. Using Starbucks shouldn't result in such catastrophe.

This is a nice bookstore to visit, especially since there isn't any more bookstores around here. I just heard that it is being sold and I hope the new owners will keep it just the way it is.

Pretty decent sized building with a Starbucks cafe attached. I usually wander in on the weekends after dinner and/or movie. The staff are fairly nice in regards to books. However, don't expect any help or cleanliness in the restrooms. They are usually dirty and lacking paper towels and tissue. My GF told a clerk about the restroom and she flat out said, "Yeah....." and looked at her ?? SMH

I usually walk through here when at the Americana... Barnes&Nobles is classic. Go there, read, get inspiration, bring it home if you really like it, bring friends or a date, it's a great spot... and they have the cafe inside so you can walk around with your coffee/tea ☕️... love it!

Never an issue with the cafe. They can be friendly or if I might think that their unfriendly, I judge them by their work performance. I don't take it personal, so in other words, thumbs up to them all. Thanks
